I've been buying and wearing Brooks Ghosts since Ghost 9 and this is the first time a shoe has not fit perfectly. I knew when I took them out of the box that something was different, so I whipped out my trusty tape measure and sure enough, the new pair were exactly 1/2" longer than the pair I bought in October. The width was the same, but there was so much extra length that I knew I'd be tripping, so I'll send them back, reorder and hope the next pair is like every other size 10's I've ever bought. [Probably just as well as I didn't like the all black choice I made]

I wore them 14 hours straight and they felt good . No problems.

Half size up with Brooks. So I’m a 10.5 . Got an 11

Nice shoe, but a different fit from the Ghost 13. More room in the toe area, which makes the shoe feel a bit too roomy. There is also slightly less arch support if that is important to you. A nice shoe, but not a great shoe. The style looks good.

I have just received these and have not worn Brooks for about ten years, as I was travelling a great deal and was able to use another brand that are lighter and come in colors (I am a woman). I now need a men's size 8.5 4E (same size I am wearing in Dunham) and plan to use these for everything but running. At this time I am not running anyway due to an ankle issue that flairs up too easily with running. But I think these will be great for everything else (walking on all surfaces, working out on machines and when strength training, and just hanging out. They are definitely on the smaller size compared to Dunham, but the more secure fit will be better I think for workouts. They are comfortable right out of the box and I am very relieved to have found them. I do wish they came in a couple of colors for those with extra wide feet, or at least one, but the black is a good black and the toebox generous which is very important to me. Thank you Brooks!

Even though these shoes seem high and bigger than for example the levitate, they are actually a bit lower profile than other brooks shoes. They just have a lot more cushion with the type of sole it has. Very true to size. My two cents…?
