I was so happy to find this latest version has gone back to a narrower width. Even the medium works well for my extremely narrow feet.

Fit is perfect, cushioning is like butter. I have tried various types of shoes over the years and I have bad knees so I really like the good cushioning. These were fabulous, not too much, not too little. Love the fit, style and color.

This is the best gel-kayno since the 22! My wish would be for a larger selection in women's size 13! I have a custom orthotic that I require a size larger.

These are a nice mix of their older versions of this style and the 27. Some of the earlier versions were a bit too supportive for some people and I did feel that a couple versions seemed a little restrictive for an athletic shoe. However, I felt that the 27 was a bit too soft and squishy for my personal taste. The 28s are a nice blend! The area around the toes feels almost stretchy, so they are super comfortable and roomy. And the rest of the shoe feels more supportive than the 27s but not as restrictive as some of the earlier versions. Overall, I think the 28s are the most comfortable version they have made so far!

I love my gel cayano 27s so much I got a back up pair that is still new in the box for work (solid black)- I can work 10 hours mostly on my feet as a PT. When I saw the gel- cayano 28s I was hoping they’d be just as comfortable and they are! I got 2 colors for walking and work outs and they look as good as they feel!

Very comfortable, practical shoe. As 9.5 I sometimes feel my feet look large. Some shoes make them feel smaller than others. This is not one of them but still has great arch support and fit.
