I love the cushioning and foot-hugging features of this shoe, which also hold up through many miles of wear.

When my knees begin to hurt from walking/running, it's time for new shoes! These shoes stopped the leg pains very quickly.

I never write reviews, but I thought this shoe for sure deserves it. 10/10 would recommend this shoe to anyone that is on their feet for long periods of time (healthcare setting) and or likes to workout/run. I have went through about 3 pairs of asic's shoes in the past 5 years and the Gel-Kayano 28 style is BY FAR MY FAVORITE. Just the right support without the shoe feeling heavy. I will definitely be buying another pair of these shoes in another color just for work. Comfy, stylish, and gets the job done!

This has always been my "go to shoe".I have tried other brands and always come back to the ASICS gel series. It is reassuring to have a good and consistent shoe for exercise and comfort. compliments for keeping BASICS! Knowing it is important to edge forward and produce for trends-it is important to keep The "old and reliable"also.

They are a perfect fit for my high school daughter with narrow feet. We just wish they came in more color choices for the narrow width girls!

I switched to these sneakers after a decade in Brooks Glycerin. This new version of the Gel Kayano is like running on air. The D width is perfect for my wide feet feels good to run without pain!

I've been wearing Kayanos for years for the support. These ones seemed even more cushiony than I remember.

I have ankle problems and use orthopedic, and these pair comfortably fit them.

Your review This is the ONLY shoe that fits me perfectly and allows me to actually walk more than half a block. I have severe over-pronation, and no other shoe can correct it as this one can. Thank you, thank you, thank you and please never stop making it in a 10.5 Narrow!!!!!

Much better comfort and support than the GK27. Asics are great shoes for walkers, too. Like me!

True to size. Good support. Comfortable right out of the box. Soft landing shoe. Also bought the Gel Contend but not as soft. Will definitely be my go to walker/runner
