I usually purchase my sneakers in black. I wear all black clothing. Hoka's white sneakers are always off putting. Needed a change. Other reviewers have commented on the circus clown vibes of Hoka's shoes. So of all the available color combinations the Ceramic/Evening Primrose is the most tolerable. Sneakers have to be comfortable AND pretty, at the time of life when they are your only footwear option. Rincon is most like the older model of Cliftons in terms of cushioning and arch support. The only bummer is the plastic tongue, making cushioned socks a necessity. But, that said I hope they don't change a thing. Change in the Hoka universe is a bad thing.

Not only are the shoes super comfortable and light, they are very stable and supportive, which I need for my mid-foot arthritis. They are also very attractive and I have had several compliments about their appearance. Very sharp for a black shoe.

As a pharmacist I am used to being on my feet 12 hours at a time. I've tried other brands that promise to relieve or prevent foot pain, including orthotics, but these shoes lived up to all the claims. It's like walking on air. I bought black/white for work and orange to be seen when out walking at 6am. I would definitely buy again, but next time I will buy my true size of 7.5. The website recommended 8.5 due to the fact that I usually wear UA size 8. I've never worn 8.5 in my life and decided to stick with 8 (regular width) to be on the safe side, and there is still too much room at my toes, even with thick socks. Not enough to make me slide around, but enough to make me go down a half size more next time. Love the bright colors, love the cushiony feel.

I sometimes wear a wide width especially with sneakers and I chose a wide width for this pair and was not disappointed. By far this is the best shoe or sneaker I've ever had on my feet! I have an ankle that tends to swell, roll and is generally weak due to a break many years ago and this sneaker has provided me with so much support that I don't run into problems with my ankle as a result. Extremely supportive, not too heavy and it feels like I'm walking faster when I wear them.

I love these shoes. I have a history of feet issues and don't experience any amount of pain regardless of how long I'm on my feet in these shoes!

This shoe is not comfortable. When I was standing still it made my feet burn and I was unable to return them because I had worn them.

These are so comfortable. I can walk all day at work and my feet feel great. I had heard the hype and it’s true. These are the most comfortable tennis shoes I’ve ever worn.

This "new" (to me style of supposedly black (I think it's a dark blue!) and white combo is stylish and the comfort is perfect. Also, the tongue is brilliant! Rather than have to pull and pull the regular tongue with one hand, you can use both on this dual-tongue thingy. Much better design!
LOVE THIS SNEAKER!!!!

I love these shoes for my faster runs on pavement or on the treadmill. They are so light and responsive. I wear Superfeet Orange insoles, and they fit in the shoe just fine. I have always worn women's size 9M in running shoes (8.5M in street shoes), but if I buy these again I will size down half a size because there's a bit too much extra room in the toe.
