The website was so easy to use. I had to reach out to customer service in 2022 and it was such an easy process. Customer service was extremely helpful!

The Rincon 3 is a tad wider than the Clifton 8 which is better for me. I wear an 8.5 shoe as I do with the HOKA brand. However, I fine the toe box to be very narrow. I order a wide and in the Rincon that is comfortable for me. In the Clifton 8 it is still too narrow. Both are comfortable and supportive. The Rincon is less cushiony and I knew that when I ordered it. I find it very comfortable but I do add a cushioned insert. I plan to order the shoe again in something more colorful next time!

These are my work shoes for the hospital. I stand and walk a lot and was looking for lots of cushion. There is a bigger heel to toe drop than I'm used to, but they're super comfy and the colors are beautiful. They flex nicely and the low profile tongue is amazing. Had to exchange for a 1/2 size smaller but when I measured my feet , the Hoka size chart was accurate and I should have ordered that size to start with.

Shoe fits nicely even on the foot that has had multiple midfoot surgeries and ankle replacement. If you normally need a wide(r) shoe consider ordering this in the colors available in wide widths. The tongue of the shoe is not as padded as the previous versions of the Rincon. Not an extremely cushioned shoe but there are other Hoka styles that offer a more cushioned insole. Previous Rincons have held up wonderfully and are easy to wash in washing machine. I just throw in with a couple of bath towels when washing my tennis shoes. Remember to remove your insoles and to air dry your shoes.
I absolutely love the Eggnog color with rose gold accents. Great for my fall wardrobe!

Honestly, the shoes are so pretty that I almost hate running in them, but because they are so comfortable, I never want to take them off! On top of wanting a neutral structure, I also wanted a neutral top color, but often find plain black (even though that's mostly what I wear) to be so stark and plain white to get so dirty. I was looking for grey/silver but I think this is the best of both worlds! I will definitely buy again because I'm bound to wear these out.

Love this style. The colors are happy, the fit perfect and so comfortable. The opening is low and under my ankle bone which is important to avoid swelling. The tongue is not padded and allows for socks to fit nicely. Comfy all day wear without rubbing.

Took a chance on these after hearing nothing but great things about these shoes. They are SO COMFORTABLE! Like walking on air!

I have never worn shoes that are so comfortable the minute I put them on. Fit is snug, like I like them, supportive and I have worn them every day, all day long since I got them about two weeks ago. My feet do not hurt. I will get more of this style.
