The are a great neutral shoe with plenty of cushion. They are a great training shoe and a race shoe. I put on the most miles the previous pair of 8's then I ever have any other shoe (over 400 miles). Definitely worth a try, especially with the guarantee Hoka offers.

For walking

These are my favorite runners and I have had foot surgery. I still live to run at 47 and need the cushion and the space for all of my toes to lay flat. I but 2 pairs at a time because I also love to walk and this helps them stay fresh!

I've tried so many running shoes and these have been the best by far. They are so comfortable and improved my running times drastically. They helped tremendously with hip and knee pain I was experiencing while training for a half marathon. I highly recommend them!

I have enjoyed my Bondi 7's, but felt that I could utilize a lighter weight shoe. I called to get the run down on running shoes and their weights. The Clifton 8's are great! No problem adjusting, I will use them intermittently with the Bondi's.

I have the Bondi, Speedgoat and GTX hiking boot. I thought I'd take a chance and add this to my collection for everyday fitness because I loved the water color. Again, another spectacular shoe by HOKA. So comfortable and supportive right out of the box.

As a retail professional I am on my feet all day long and the Hokas are a life saver for my knees and feet

I walk at least 3 miles a day and these are the perfect shoe for me. Fit is perfect, no "wearing in" needed.

This is my second pair of Hoka's and I'm a huge fan of these pairs. They feel great and I love running in them. Shipping was fast and the color is stylish. Wish they had the cliftons in red tho. I believe it only comes in that shade for men's.

I walk and work in these shoes and my feet don't hurt. Expensive but worth the money

I made my first purchase on a recommendation from an orthopedic surgeon, and I have not regretted it since. I walk daily and do several miles per day and since wearing the HOKA brand and style Clifton 8 I am walking on clouds. They have taken off the pressure and so much wear and tear off my feet. Thank you HOKA you know exactly what is needed to cushion one's feet.

I bought the last pair for my granddaughter who is a nurse. She said they felt great even after a 12 hour shift!

I remember buying shoes as a kid. When I first walked in new athletic shoes they were soft and bouncy putting a spring in my step. It has been 20+ YEARS since I felt that way. My first pair of HOKAs made me feel that again. The balls of my feet have been so sore and I wanted something well cushioned for my long days on my feet. I was testing them out at home before I bought all black, nonslip shoes for work. When the finances are there, I will buy then. I hope they hold up as well as my other athletic shoes that I generally get years of wear out of. I'm not athlete, but I do prefer comfort for my feet. I think HOKAs will be my new go-to shoes.

I am thrilled with my purchase. They instantly became my favorite shoe. I plan on ordering more in the near future because they just feel that great. So pleased! You won't be disappointed. I usually wear shoes 8 1/2 or 9. I purchased 9B ( width-regular) and they fit perfectly!

Unlike other shoes, where I wear an 8.5, I normally wear a 9 in athletic shoes. But as it turns out, 9 ran much too big for me. I returned it for an 8.5 which fits perfectly.

These shoes are phenomenal! The bounce, lift, and support they provide has aided in increasing my distance by 40% within 10 days of starting to use them.
