I take 4mile walks with my dog everyday. These shoes have the classic fit that I'm used to with more padding then my previous Cliftons.

I have tendinitis in the tendons of my 5th metatarsal. Even with insoles I still had some pain. After the first few short runs in this shoe, my tendinitis is pretty much under control. I plan on buying another pair when these wear out.

I always struggle to find comfortable shoes since I have wide feet, many shoes are very narrow however my HOKA Clifton 8s are like walking on clouds! I didn't struggle to break them in like I usually do with other shoes. I recently took a trip where I did a lot of walking and I know these shoes made a huge difference on how I was able to keep up with all the walking! I will definitely be buying more in different colors!

For my entire life, I've experienced foot and leg pain because of a lack of support in my shoes and having flat feet. I've found few shoes that have supported my needs and these Hokas are my new favorite and holy grail. They are a great daily wear shoe but I also like to go on long walks and these are also great for that. I will be recommending these to anyone who asks. Will also be repurchasing over and over.

I just switched to the Clifton after two pair of Bondi. I loved my Bondis for the cushion they provided. I tend to get sore hips with anything other than a plush shoe. The Clifton is wonderfully lightweight, yet still provides enough cushion for my cranky hips. I do advise to go 1/2 size down from what you normally wear. I did and I still have plenty of room. Enjoy!

I love these shoes I wear them to work and I run in them. They are great for both. Super comfortable and supportive. I do find them to be a little long but not a deal breaker. Could have possibly gone down half size

I love these shoes. Theses aren't as comfortable as the Bondi model but much lighter for running and working out, which was my primary purpose for this pair.

Based on the reviews, I did size down a half, and the fit was perfect! Love the color combo, lightness of the shoe, and didn't need to break it in! My only con, not sure I would really categorize as a true con, is the sole seems a bit thicker & clunkier than my other fitness shoes, however, still able to walk in them daily without any issues.

This is my fourth pair of Hokas and maybe my most fav so far.
All the comfort and support without the bulk of some of the others.
But I love them all! Hokas has been a foot saver for me!!

Always a chance when ordering online. But I scored with my new pair of Hoka's. Super comfortable. Like walking on clouds. I have a facilities job and I do a lot of walking. My feet haven't hurt since I got these shoes.

I only wear HOKA shoes! I had extensive surgery on my left foot; joints removed and bones fused together! My doctor said I'd never run again! Being a retired Criss Country runner and coach, I said,"We'll see!" And I found HOKA. I'm running 2-3 miles at a time 2 days a week and using elliptical in betweenall because of these shoes!!! The best!!!

I need to wear a certain type of walking shoe, according to my doctor. Hoka One One fits that bill. It provides great support and, though a running shoe, also works as a walking shoe. My doctor doesn’t want me in any running shoe. Hoka One One Clifton 8 is the exception, he said. It’s very comfortable and true to size. I was only wearing New Balance, which though a great shoe is limited in models I can wear, as not all walking shoes fit the bill. Now, I have another choice, which is perfect for my needs. I haven’t tried other Hoka One One models, but I plan too. I highly recommend this shoe.

The Clifton is the perfect sneaker for my problem feet. My orthopedic surgeon recommended them, and they are not only comfortable, but provide the support I need. I have been wearing Hoka sneakers for 10 years, and they allow me to continue doing the sports and physical activities I enjoy. I recommend when getting your first pair, get fitted properly. I am usually a 9 or 9.5 regular width. Turns out I wear a 9 wide in the Hoka Clifton. Additionally, the other models do not work for me.

I wear a 10.5 wide in womens and the fit was perfect. The Hoka Clifton 8 shoes are lightweight and provide a good wide sole for me. I'm 74 and they give me great stability for walking.
