This is my second pair of Clifton 8 shoes. I wore the first pair out on long, fast walks outdoors and on treadmills and elliptical machines in the gym. Five days a week of that use over a year and a half plus, it was time to replace the original pair. Why mess with a good thing? These shoes are comfortable and lightweight. The toe box area lets the feet spread out with each step. Even fresh out of the box there were no tight spots that can lead to blisters from poor fitting shoes.

Very comfortable. I don't like the Clifton 9 as much.

I wore them twice,and i feel i should have taken a larger size

Two pairs ripped and I returned. I loved my last pair, but the fabric in the heel ripped. But they were so comfortable, I decided to try again. I went with a regular width rather than a wide width. Hoping that if they are a bit more snug, they won't rub and rip. Keeping my fingers crossed!

I use fow walking. I suffer from left foot problems. This is the only shoes that I don't experience any pain.

The HOKA CLIFTON's 8 are very comfortable! I do a lot of walking at work, just perfect for me! I will definitely buy another pair. I am very pleased with my purchase!

I have purchased this style shoe three years in a row and love every pair. They are extremely durable and I wear them in every environment from work to the gym and outdoors environment. Will buy another pair once these wear out from use.

Yes the Clifton is made for my 9.5 AAA foot. Room in the toe box, orthotics fit perfectly, smooth ride,easy on the joints. Walking, standing or running they work for my

super comfy and don't break down fast like other running shoes

Clifton 8 - I hate to see Hoka phase this style out. I wear them daily for extended walks and hikes. Great style and great fit.

I love the Clifton 8s & 9s so much. I've tried a lot of other running shoes, and they all end up giving my blisters no matter how many miles I run in them. Being a long distance runner, getting proper shoes is so important to me. Not only are these ones cute, they are comfortable, supportive, and make my body feel amazing after every run. Thank you Hoka for the best running shoe!!

I recently had double knee replacement surgeries and was looking for something to keep my posture in line and my knees comfortable. I found both in my new Hokas. I'm very happy with my purchase and will definitely buy them again in the future.

I bought these for my girlfriend's 60th birthday. This is not her first pair of Hokas; I think these are pair #6. She had purchased another expensive shoe that was marketed as being very comfortable for walking and running and the shoe was rubbing against the back of her heel. I didn't know this when I purchased her new Hokas, so it was really just good coincidental timing. She loved the color of the new Hokas and immediately put them on for a grocery store trip. As usual, the Hokas came through and she called back to say her Hokas were perfect; very comfortable and like walking on air.
