The most comfortable sandals I’ve ever owned!! Wore them to Wildwood and didn’t get any blisters. My ONLY complaint is that the Steve Madden logo is taped on with double sided tape!! The logos began to peel off after just two wears which made me feel like they were almost knockoffs. Left a sticky and discolored residue on the shoe.

It is a very beautiful and classy design, But, you don't offer a "wide" size, and a medium just did not fit my feet and felt very tight and uncomfortable. Wish you cater for older and heavier customers.

Glad I read reviews before ordering! I generally wear an 8 to 8.5...depending on the shoe. (For reference purposes, the Birks on my other foot are a size 39) I ordered these sandals in a 9 after reading reviews and they fit perfectly. It does irk me a little that the elastic straps are actually white but the leather across the heel is more of a cream color. That may change with wear though. The elastic is also pretty snug right out of the box. Again though, that may change as I wear them. All in all, not unhappy with this purchase.

This shoe runs 2 almost 2 sizes too small. My daughter is an 8 1/2 and I ordered her a 9. It is way too small and have to exchange for a 10.

The shoes arrived with feet marks and dirty bottoms showing previous wear AND A BROKEN STRAP! how does this even happen?

I typically wear 7 1/2. They only had 7 at a store I went to and it was too tight so I ordered 8 and it fit perfectly. Super cute with everything!

The fit was terrible! The left shoe was too big and the right too small! They arrived in an unmarked box and the sizing is not imprinted on the shoes themselves. I believe they were two different sizes. Very disappointed.

Got 2 of these and one was completely different than the other. Both size 8. Not even like my Jaklin from 2 years ago. So I am keeping the one pair and returning the obvious defect. What the heck did Steve Madden do here?? Please inquire because their Jaklin is a super comfortable go to sandal!! Hopefully they will continue to make the Jaklin as originally. The toe box on the defect is way too long, forefoot strap too tight, ankle strap too loose. The other supposedly identical Jaklin I ordered in this same order (same size & color) is perfect. Fits just like my Jaklin from 2 years ago. Tell Steve Madden to make more Jaklins but fix the defect thank you!

These shoes were very used! They arrived filthy with toes prints on the foot bed.

These run incredibly small, at least one size. I always wear a 10 and ordered a 10 and my feet were hanging off the ends. Cute but had to be returned.

These run so small! Order at least one size up. I wear a 10 and my toes were hanging off the end and they were unbearably tight. Must go back. Sadly no size 11.

I LOVED these but they were too narrow at the front strap for my size 9 feet so sadly had to return. Thank you Zappos! I ended up finding the perfect pair in Dr. Scholls.

Stylish and comfortable. I think these will be my go to shoes on our upcoming trip to France.

My daughter is an 8.5 and the 9 fit better on her then the 8. The color is a beautiful neutral blush less pink then the photos show. Very neutral

Shoe runs small, Best to order a size up, I am usually an 8 or 8 1/2 but 8 was too small, 9 fit perfect. Guess they don't come in half sizes.

I had been searching for these shoes in black for a good price but then saw the brown ones and knew they would be great for the summer - and they were much less than other shops. I particularly like the mix of fabric and leather. I am a true size 7, medium width and these fit perfectly. Very comfortable for shoes with just enough height.

I love these shoes so much! I work in retail so need comfort. I wear these to work a lot!! I can wear them with almost anything.

Perfect fit! Lightweight comfortable shoe. I have a small size 6 foot and many shoes in this style that I have tried are too big in the toe area but these are great!

Strap across the forefoot is not stretchy like the strap near the ankle. If your fore foot is medium to wide definitely order 1/2 size up.

I love these sandal and they fit my right foot perfectly. I have a problem with my left foot and unfortunately for me, the strap that goes over the toe area is not adjustable so they’re was no way I could ever walk in them. I hated sending them back! I would give it 5 stars! Perfect neutral sandal.
