They are not waterproof at all.

These shoes run extremely small. The Terrex sizes are inconsistent across models. I bought a Terrex Swift R2 GTX pair May 2019 and the 101/2 were a good snug fit. I recently returned a 10 1/2 Terrex Agravic TR GTX that felt okay when I tried them on but were too snug when walking in them. As a replacement I bought these Terrex Ax4 Shoes in size 11. These are tighter than the Agravic TR GTX in 10 1/2.

The description of shoe states that the "Gore-tex membrane ensures breathable waterproof protection". I wore these shoes for the first time walking my dog in dewy grass and my feet were soaked and squishy. I have previously owned Addidas Gortex that were waterproof and lasted for years. Do not buy these shoes if you are looking for even slight water protection.

These definitely run small compared to other shoes in the same lineup from Adidas. I typically wear 11.5 US and have plenty of wiggle room but these are more of a snug fit with 11.5. I suggest ordering a half size larger than usual.

I bought this shoe because I wanted to try Adidas. At least a half size too small!!!! I wear a 13 in everything. My left toes were against the inside front wall, and my right toes had to be curled, though my right toes are a little longer. I am returning these... may order a 14, haven't decided. It seems a 14 may be too big!! Just another company telling us big footed people "you don't need 1/2 sizes, take what you can get"!!!!

Despite description, these are NOT waterproof. Foot wet just from dew on short walk on short grass. They are at the same time HOT. They are also sized small on the inside, but true to size on the outside. IE I normally take 10 1/2, these fit at 11. But they are size 11 (IE big) on the outside length. So you have more shoe to trip over. Then they are a bit too wide. Bad shoe design all around.
