My size is 11 but they’re too big for me. I don’t like it at all. Not comfortable. Not recommended to anyone.

dont like the comfort

The size ordered was a half size too big. I returned them and it was instructed that as soon as ups scans them for return I will be credited and be able to purchase them again. After following the return instructions, I was denied from purchasing them again. Your return procedure needs to be more accessible. There should be an EXCHANGE option for anyone who doesn't want a refund but to only exchange the item. Very disappointed with how my return was processed. I can't purchase now because I wasn't credited back the return.

Uncomfortable and didn't feel well protected by them.

I only wore the shoes for a few minutes. The back side of the shoe was digging into my Achilles heal and the arch support was terrible - my feet were getting numb. I thought that maybe I should order a larger shoe size, but the length felt ok. My toes were free to move; a larger size would place my toes too far back. I have to change to a different shoe altogether.

Great looking shoe and feels comfortable but is narrower then I need and the length is way too big.
