Demands & complaints.
Wondering, how people aspect to feet everybody's personal desires for everybody's personal bodily futures.
It's good to have a personnel couturier to fulfil all personal desires.
I'm a costumer for more than 10 years.
Don't have complaints.
Some items I've bought 10 years ago is still in use and in a good shape.
This product going to use at least for the next 7 months daily.
In Sweden winter could be for a half a year at list.
Long walks on the forest road and just sitting in the chair outside house on the farm by the lake.
184 sm 100kg neck tide and body feet slim.
Warm and light.
In the beginning of October using it with Solano Hoodie, and later with Atom AR Hoodie.

I now own two of these. They are great for shoulder seasons or as a base layer under my jacket. My go to for mornings, evening and sleeping in during hiking and backpacking.

I was hesitant to buy this based on the two initial poor reviews, but I needed new fleece layering for my Beta AR shell. You feel the warmth as soon as you put it on, a great fit for me. I did a virtual consult. The jacket did not extend lower than (stick out from) the shell as described by another reviewer. When the consultant but on a Beta AR that was a size smaller than the Kyanite jacket, it did extend beneath the shell. I am not saying that is what happened with the other reviewer. It does NOT extend below the shell for me, about 1 1/2 inches to spare. Both my Kyanite jacket and the Beta AR are mediums. I have a slender build. I did not own the earlier version to compare to. I could not be more pleased with it.

My 3rd Kyanite zippered fleece. The newest one has more fleece and the first two purchased over a year ago. Perfect layer piece.
My go too for cool mornings and not too cold evenings.

Having worn Delta LT's for years, I am happy to discover these slightly warmer jackets with sleeves that are easier to move about. I would give 5 stars, but for two curious flaws: the zippers on both of my Kyanites zip awkwardly 3/4 from the bottom; I appreciate the colors of the interior collars matching the garments' colors...except for the Dark Elysium which has a black interior(?!). Makes no sense design-wise and focuses unnecessarily on the collar.

This is a nice, warm product for its weight with a fit that is looser than expected but still functional for casual wear. Cut a little full for rock climbing or skiing. It lacks the thermal regulation capabilities compared to a similar jacket from Adidas featuring 37.5 Technology that I bought this one to replace.

Overall a great jacket. It's light but still decently warm. The sleeves are on the long side and the cut is just a little off, otherwise it'd be 5 stars.

I am a big Arcteryx fan and purchased over the years a couple of hard shells (beta AR) and mid layers (atom lt). Their quality and sizing were second to none. However, my perception has changed with the Kyanite AR and its new pattern.
In my case, slim to athletic body, it's not a question of sizing up or down since the jacket fits correctly to my shoulder width but of pattern. The garment is no longer designed for sports but more for casual streetwear. The kyanite AR feels baggy and even the cuffs are too big rolling up my arms when I put a hard shell or my mid-layer on top.
I guess this is the risks of buying online. Too bad.

I bought this about 6 months ago. I wear it indoors mostly, but also as a layer during winter time or solo in automn/spring. At first, thought it looked great. A but expensive for what it is but it is arcteryx soi expected quality.
After a few months, littles balls started to form especially where there is a bit of friction underneath the arms. This is from very normal wear and tear since i mostly use it indoors or under another garnment.
Still functions fine but it is a regular fleece.
In the end, for the price, this has nothing exceptionnal, although it is working fine as a fleece. Thought the nice look would hold up for longer though.

I bought this hoping for a durable fleece that looks good. The function seems great, but the look is no good. The pilling is really bad after 1 month and a couple washes. No softeners. Hang dry. Frustrating. Arc won't do anything about it.

Great fleece, love the fit and material. Super comfortable! However a bit disappointed in the durability. Purchased the fleece for less than 2 weeks already seeing little fabric balls forming in the front zipper area and sleeves, also started to see loose seams in the cuffs. As a premium brand, I had expected a lot more durability. Will think twice before my next purchased.

I've been an Arcteryx customer since 2002, and have been a huge fan of nearly every product I've owned. This Kyanite AR Jacket is a major exception to that rule. If it didn't have an Arcteryx logo on it, I would guess it to be a much cheaper fleece from a no-name or private label brand or big box store. The fleece is thin, but in a way that suggests cost savings, not high performance. Even the zippers and pulls feel cheap. This looks and feels more like a track suit jacket than a technical piece from a brand like Arcteryx. If you can get the jacket on sale for about 1/3 of the price, go for it. I hope this is not an indication of the Arcteryx brand standard slipping (as another reviewer suggested). I've been a loyal Arcteryx guy for nearly 20 years, and this is definitely not what I've come to expect.

Normally, when Arc'teryx updates a design, it's to improve on the original. Unfortunately with the new Kyanite jacket they've taken a step backwards. I bought the original Kyanite a few years ago when it first came out and I loved it so much I immediately wanted to buy another one in a different color. It was simply the best Powerstretch full-zip made. I own so many Arc'teryx jackets I felt guilty about buying another one, so I decided to put it off until my old one started to wear out. Well, my old one is still in great shape but I finally pulled the trigger and ordered a new one and I regret my decision to put it off for so long because the original is no longer available.
The new Kyanite might as well be a different jacket. The fit is larger and slightly baggy, the collar is shorter and designed differently, the mesh liner on the pockets feels stiff and slick like something from a cheap 80s windbreaker, and the Powerstretch fabric feels thinner (although hard to tell for sure).
The result is a jacket that, because it no longer has a trimmer fit, won't be as warm, especially when worn as a stand alone, and won't fit as well underneath a shell or puffy. And because the collar isn't as high when fully zipped and doesn't fit as well as the old one, it won't keep your neck as warm and offer as much wind protection (and simply doesn't look as good either). In fact, the look of the jacket as a whole feels more like a poorly fitted off-brand rather than an Arc'teryx classic. Needless to say I returned it.
If Arc'teryx ever returns to it's original Kyanite (or close enough) I'll buy another right away. Until then, I'll scour the web for a used one.

I bought this a month ago. First impressions were fabulous - beautifully comfortable, warm and breathable, all as promised. Unfortunately, now I've worn it 5 or 6 times, the pilling is disastrous. I cannot understand how what is supposed to be a high-end, robust but stylish item of outdoor kit can wear so badly so quickly. It looks a mess. It's localised to the near the left hand side pocket, why that should be I have no idea.

As others have pointed out; this isn't the same Kyanite as before. It's lower quality to be sure, stitching is flat but sparse. The material is thinner and feels significantly cheaper than the original. Overall fit is terrible. As someone who's watched brands rise and fall over the past 20yrs; Arcteryx seems to be making the same fatal mistake of trying to appease the masses with fashion forward design over practical function. If you're part of that original customer base, you'll be completely disappointed by the new Kyanite. If you're new to Arcteryx you won't even notice; and that what they're hoping for. New customers at the expense of loosing their loyal base.
