I live in NYC, and walk a TON. In rain, snow - whatever it may be. And not only do these boots look sleek and stylish with most of my outfits, I feel like I could run a 5k in them. The rubberized sole feels so comfortable. And so far the leather has really held up in some serious weather (I trekked in an unforeseen snowstorm for 20 min. and leather still looks great!). Highly recommend.

I got caught in snow and slush this week while wearing these boots. I was sad initially because they are an investment... But I'm happy to say my feet stayed dry and they still look beautiful! Perfect commuter boots!

I wanted black ankle boots with a bit of a heel (but not too much since I don't like walking in heels) that I can wear to work and also looks great with jeans or dresses. I bought and returned so many other shoes from other sites and brands I usually like. When these came I was a little skeptical because the heel is higher than I normally wear and I walk a lot. But I've been wearing these to work for about a week now and walking to and from the train and all over campus and they're super comfortable. My only suggestion would be to go a half size up if you're in between sizes. I'm normally between a 6 and 6 1/2 and the 6 1/2 JUST fit. I can't wear really thick socks with them, which I don't mind but might have been nice in the winter. But I love that they are water resistant and the soles are rubber so not slippery. I hope these last me for years! I may need them in a different color.

I probably would have been fine with an 8 1/2 as well, but Im sure Ill appreciate the extra room in the winter months (thick warm socks!). The toe is a bit more refined than can be seen in the online photos, but that just adds to the level of sophistication and makes this the ultimate day to evening boot. Its so so comfortable right from the first wear. Im so glad I added this to my wardrobe. Thanks Nisolo.

The perfect black bootie!

Bought these as a birthday present to myself. So glad I did! They're the perfect boot to wear with midi skirts, tights, skinnies. Extremely classic look, chunky heel and pointy toe elongate legs. Only con is the sole is slippery, even on dry pavement. Hopefully wear will improve this. Beautiful and very expensive feeling, excited to wear them this fall and winter! Fit is spot on, I'm a fairly true 8, and these are plenty roomy but not too spacious.

While I havent worn them yet as the its still too warm, they felt great when I purchased. They are beautifully made, and I look forward to wearing them soon.

I have a wide front foot, so I ordered a half size up. Everything about them fit comfortably. After a day of wearing them, I had zero blisters and they formed to my feet. Very comfortable, can wear all day.

I love these boots! I waited for them to go on sale, but they are worth every penny full price. They are the perfect black boot! The heel is the perfect height- enough to give you length, but not so high that they get uncomfortable throughout the day. I am a 7.5, but usually go up half a size in boots. The 8 fits perfectly. They have a slight narrowing which elongates the let without being so narrow that they squish your toes. I love them!

I have tried multiple different heeled, black boots and have never experienced comfort like the Dari boot. I lived in these boots throughout winter. They are extremely durable, require little to no break in, and always draw compliments. As I said in the title, stop thinking about it and buy these boots. For fit, I found them to be true to size. But, keep in mind, I have relatively narrow feet.

I was eyeing these beautiful boots for months and finally decide to take the plunge! I am SO glad I did! The style is exactly what I had been looking for and is so versatile! You can tell they are quality and will last for years and with the block heel they are extremely comfortable! I am in upstate New York where winter is still holding on so I am still getting some wear out of these until its sandal season! I might have to find a pair of Nisolo sandals next!

Since I have wider feet, it took me about 1-2 days to break in these boots. They're comfortable enough to wear all day at work (where I stand at a computer desk most of the day) and then afterward to wherever life takes me. The heel is just high enough to look cute, but low enough where I won't twist my ankle on the city streets.

I wore these boots for several days walking around Europe (on cobblestone streets) and while they did hurt eventually, 25k steps per day in ANY shoe will do that. That being said, the fact that I was able to walk that much in these boots (without really breaking them in first) is AMAZING! They look good with everything (skinny jeans, leggings, dresses), and are classic and timeless. I will admit that since I didn't break them in before wearing them nonstop that the front edge of the ankle scraped the front part of my ankle a bit due to the stiffness of the leather, but that went away over time. Overall, the price was steep but I feel like these were worth it!

I was thrilled to have found these black booties at Nisolo. They are so incredibly comfortable, and do not hurt my feet throughout the day at all. I have another pair of black booties that are actually almost identical to these, but I still bought these, solely due to the comfort! Could not be happier with this purchase!

These boots are beautiful and so comfortable. I have worn them all day nearly everyday for a month. I took the advice of sizing up because u am sometimes between sizes, but that was a mistake. I exchanged them for my regular size, and they fit me perfectly. I have thin ankles and was worried the opening would be too wide and look funny. While it is wider than many ankle boots, it wasn't overwhelming. Just perfect.
