I wanted these boots for a long time, and my boyfriend bought them for me as a Christmas gift. I am a TTS 10, but the 10s are uncomfortably tight. They are beautiful and very well made, but unfortunately they are so snug I can't really wear them, or at least not for a long time or if I will be walking much. It breaks my heart! I really should have just returned them, but I was hoping that they would break in and soften up a bit, so I wore them out several times. So if you're smaller than a size 10, I fully recommend these boots, just size up! (I also have the James oxford in size 10, and those fit very well.)

Not the most comfortable unless worn with thick socks or an insole. Also not practical to wear in the rain or when there's still some ice/salt out. But the design is beautiful and the leather finish is gorgeous as well

I love the look of the Chelsea boot, but it fit extremely narrow, even sizing up. It just didn't work for me

Too pointy, so much so i had to size up but then they looked too huge on me, oh well. Well made and really nice but not for me.

I had these boots on my wishlist for almost a year before I finally purchased them. I desperately wanted to love them, but the toe box is too narrow. I don't have wide feet, but it pinched my toes in painfully while slipping in the heel (so I couldn't go up a size). Sadly, I had to send these back.

buuuut the wood part seems too raw...I noticed shavings on mine (wasn't smooth). The wood doesn't seem to be treated, so I am reluctant to wear during this season. Overall, I like the shoe a lot, but not impressed with the slight wood shavings for such a high dollar shoe.

Like the other reviewers said these are VERY NARROW. I have narrow feet but I went up a half size and these are still extremely narrow. They're stretching out some with wear but I won't ever be able to wear thick socks with them. Also, I wish the soles had a rubber grip on the bottom. They only have one on the heel and the rest of the shoe gets really scraped up. If you live somewhere rainy like I do (Pacific NW) then be careful not to slip! I like them but wanted to love them especially for the price.

Only issue is the boot is narrow, so the suggestion is to purchase one size up is valid.

This boot is well made, just the right heel, pull on, no zipper. Unfortunately I Had to send them back. The fit wasn't right as I have a very narrow foot. I wanted to love these boots.

I guess if you have very narrow feet these would be fine. I bought these thinking I'd let the leather stretch to my feet... After trying them on in my house once I knew the process would be too painful. Why do that to my feet? Craftmanship is very nice, quality seems nice, 5 star customer service, but I have no idea how these are comfortable design for anyone.

I wanted to really like these shoes but they are just wayy too narrow for my feet. In addition, they only have rubber under the heel of the shoe, and not the front of the shoe, so it can be easy to slip while wearing the shoes depending on what surface you're walking on.

I'd been eyeing these for a while and was super excited when I finally pulled the trigger and ordered them. Packaging was lovely. First time I put them on, one of the little leather straps at the back broke. Sizing was fine, but they are extremely uncomfortable and don't think breaking them in is a thing. Already wore them several times (5-6) and it's just as painful each time. My feet legit bled because of a nasty blister these gave me. And the sole. The weird wooden sole that looks and feels like it's about to break apart any time, and bonus - makes me slip like hell on hardwood floors or any other shiny surface. Definitely regret purchasing them.

The size runs narrow (should be longer if you want to be true to size) and your sizes stop at 10. Also, your refund process is terrible. Charging $5 and we still haven't received a refund yet after returning.

I really wanted to love these, but they're still so tight in the front (and I have very narrow feet) that they're becoming unwearable. They haven't stretched after weeks of wear. I read other reviews that said they stretch out after a few wears, which is why I've been trying to make these work, but mine still haven't, and since I have worn them outside I don't think I can return them. Super bummed.

I was hoping that these were the one, but the very pointy look was very limiting.

I ordered these in a size 7 (my usual) but when I tried them on, the ball of the foot where the shoe is widest was about an inch too close to the heel for my feet. my toes were pinching almost immediately, even while sitting down. I returned them the same day. Not for me, but an overall really well crafted shoe from high quality materials.

I've had these boots for 4 months now. And while they are beautifully constructed out of really nice leather I find that they still run slightly small and tight and that the leather has not stretched in a way to make them comfortable for long periods of time. I normally wear a size 8 and ordered a size 8.5 because other reviews mentioned they run small. I now wish I'd order another half size larger. Even with thin socks the back of my foot reaches to the very back of the shoe. The front of the boot also still pinches even though I've walked a few miles a day in them over many days. I LOVE the look of these boots but am pretty disappointed in the fit. I thought they would stretch out in a way that would effectually be comfortable (I have frye shoes that took some breaking in) but that is just not the case with these.

I bought these based on the websites recommendation of size. They are too big/loose, and I can't return. They have no support or insole, so it feels like you're walking barefoot. I put my own insole in, and they fit more snug except the cut of the ankle is so narrow that it digs into my leg. Really awful. Save your money.

Really wanted to love these, but they caused so much foot pain and eventually nerve issues in my feet because they're so narrow (and I even sized up). Not only that, but they scuff SO easily on the bottoms, so there's no way I can return them now. Also, one of my heels slips on the right side, but if I were to go down in size again then I wouldn't be able to walk, they would be too tight. Such a shame I feel like I've just wasted a bunch of money on shoes I can't even wear

I've had these for several months and while I love the look (and the packaging was beautiful), they are so so uncomfortable. I get painful blisters every time I wear them, and I am not even walking that much, just light walking around the office while at work. I would never dare to wear these while running errands. I tried wearing them around the house with thicker socks but they haven't gotten better. The leather loop at the back tore apart right away, and I had to have them resoled, as the wood sole was slippery and not sturdy looking. All in all, a purchase I regret making, especially considering the price.
