I ordered these, payment cleared. Even got a receipt for shipping a few days later. Then got an email saying they were out of them in my size. Was kind of a big ordeal for something I never got - which was an odd first experience with Nisolo, and probably last.

I've already given a review- please don't contact me again.

The tongue of the shoe rubs against the top of my foot. I have tried to break the shoes in but still painful.

I found these beautiful and comfortable, but after only a few wears the leather at the heels began to droop. When I got caught in the rain one day between my subway station and a meeting, the heel leather sagged so far I couldn't keep the shoes on my feet. The shoes are now sadly unwearable. I reached out to Nisolo, and they said there's no guarantee the same thing wouldn't happen with another pair if exposed to water--so, if you ever go outside when it might rain, definitely skip these!

I have tried to love these, as they look amazing in the photos. When I received them, the first time I wore them they were so uncomfortable. I wrote into the Nisolo customer care to ask if they can be returned or what I can do. She said no returns after they were worn (even for a small bit), but to wear thick socks with them before wearing them out. So I did... for weeks I brought them to my office and wore them with thick socks so that they would soften up. They are not too small, but they are just very stiff and uncomfortable (especially in the back). They still would not soften. So I searched online for another solution. I bought leather softener for shoes. I sprayed them every day and walked around in them (with the socks in the office) for a week, and still no give. I guess it's a lost cause. Really wanted to wear them and love them.

These shoes look beautiful and are gorgeous leather but even after wearing them in with socks for a while they give me the biggest blisters Ive ever had - red raw flesh! And thats even after putting those scholl back of the ankle protectors, AND special blister bandaids. Unwearable

I've been eyeing these for months, but I can't wear these shoes, even after a few weeks of trying to slowly break them in.

Beautiful, well made shoe. Slipper bottom and my heal came out of the shoe with each step. So sad I had to return them.

The shoes were beautiful and the leather was the softest I've seen (yet still sturdy). Unfortunately, the seams inside the shoes were really uncomfortable so I had to send them back.

They gave me such bad blisters that I am going to try to return them. I literally have scars. Cute shoes, it's unfortunate.
