I ordered these in my normal size 11. My heels slip out when I walk which is so annoying, I guess I'll return them :( I love the style and the color.

Loved the style at first sight! Small disappointment that mine arent as brandy as the pic, or at least the bottom half is more cognac. Still breaking them.

Beautiful quality, great looking shoes! Pretty comfortable out of the box, but a little concerned that they will stretch and then be hard to keep on. True to size - overall delighted with my purchase!

I found these to fit a little tight, but one size up was too loose. They are starting to soften up, but the rough leather on the back of the shoe caused blisters almost immediately! They also do not have rubber outsoles, just leather, which makes them super susceptible to moistureyou cannot wear them in the rain. That said, I still love them and am excited for them to finish breaking in!

These shoes are absolutely gorgeous and so well made. My only complaint is that they run very true to size and I havent been able to break them in to the point of wearability yet so I wear them around the house so the back heel doesnt dig in so much. I cant wait til they loosen up a little so I can show these lovelies off

I absolutely love the shape and color of this shoe. It looks good with nearly everything and is a great everyday shoe. My only critique is that they take some getting used to--it's like they feel tight but loose at the same time when you first wear them. After wearing them a few times, though, they feel a lot better.

Quite possibly the finest shoe I have ever purchased. I am a bit sad that they are just bit snug - returning for the next size. However, the quality, feel and craftmanship is like no other. I hope they new size fits.

So, far I'm in love!! My Emma d'Orsays are amazingly soft and supple. While I would love a wide version, I sized up a bit, and I think that they're going to grow to hug and love my feet, without digging at crucial spots.

Was so excited to receive these, but when I tried them on, the toes were too pointy. Shucks! I’m needing a flat, black shoe…that I can wear with dresses. Thanks, Zappos!

Beautiful style and very comfortable! I ordered a size 7 (an usually between a 6.5 and 7), and they fit perfectly.

I LOVE THIS DESIGN. I looked everywhere for a shoe like this and when I found Nisolo I was so happy. The fit is comfortable the shoe stays on well and goes well with a lot of styes. I ordered a nine because I waiver between an eight and a half and a nine. I got a few blisters breaking them in but nothing awful. My only complaint (and why I did not give it four stars) is because where the tongue attaches towards the front of the shoe digs into my foot and is uncomfortable. I am hoping this gos away over time. I have had mine about two months and was wearing them often before COVID lockdown. Soles are very slippery though so I would be careful.

I love the look of this shoe, and I think they will be comfortable after a few more wears. I think I have an average foot width, so these seem to start off tight. Hopefully, they open up a bit. They are great for work or a more casual look. Very versatile.

Be careful the first time you wear these! I got blisters from hell. Id suggest wearing these with tights or stockings the first couple of times. Otherwise its a beautiful shoe and once theyre broken in theyre not bad at all.

Lovely, beautiful, classic, well made... all these things, definitely! But after 10 months of wear, 2-3x a week, they have stretched considerably and keep slipping off my feet at the heel every time I take a step. Not sure how this could really have been prevented. It simply ran its course, I suppose. But I was hoping for something this pricey, I'd have it for years. So unfortunate.

Love this shoe. I have wide feet (ew.) so I did size up, which means my heel does slip a little, but, that is my life at this point. Once I broke them in (thanks Blistabloc!), they became my everyday class shoe. And I teach fifth grade which is like eight hours straight of standup to a tough crowd, so I need a reliable shoe.

You need just the right fit, in my opinion, to break these in properly! Im a sneaky 10.5 sometimes so had to return fit wise: I find nisolos W 11s running slightly on the larger side. Overall though, seems like the perfect business to casual year spring, summer, fall shoe!

Absolutely love them and they way they look. Unfortunately they are about a half size too big after the break in period and now they slip on my heel and give me blisters. Definitely take some time to make sure the size of the shoe fits.

I'm very happy with my Emma d'Orsay shoes. The Brandy color is a very pretty caramel color with yellow undertones, a nice neutral that seems to go with everything. I originally ordered a half-size up which was too large, but they were easily exchanged for my usual size and the fit is good. I think the quality is excellent and I get tons of complements. I do find the all leather soles slippery on wet pavement and am thinking about having rubber soles attached.

These shoes are great for work or whenever you want to look stylish and professional. Very comfortable and can wear them all day. The back of my left heel rubs a bit and I just use a bandaid to help protect the skin while the shoe softens up back there.

These shoes are so beautiful and well made, but they feel small. I am nearly always a size 10, and these feel a little small. Not just tight in the width, which is beginning to break in, but short lengthwise as well. Almost wish I hadn't loved them so much when I first put them on because I probably should have returned them. Other than being small they are fantastic!
