The fit was too small & narrow. I loved the style & the material of them.

These cloud on 10 are no comparison to their cloud on 5. I need a cushion and this pair did not provide an adequate amount for me. The shoe itself felt half to almost a full size too big and the toebox is much too wide for my narrow feet.

Size felt correct, but shoe rubbed upper foot area near ankle. Seems like the cut isn't right for my foot. Didn't care for the sheer on the shoe. Arch support not as I expected, having tried on my husband's of same brand.

Foot is rubbing on the side of the shoes. Whatever red stripes are the plastic rubber causes irritation on side of foot as you continue wearing through the day

Fit was good. Did not like transparent toe - I don't need to look down and see my sock brand name peeping through. Distracting.

I was so excited to get these. My husband has several pairs of On shoes and loves them. I only bought these because they were on sale. These are horrible. They’re so narrow that the sides of my feet were in pain, and I have narrow feet. The top of the tongue rubbed against my ankles. I wore them once to work out and after 10 minutes I was ready to take them off. I’m hoping it’s just this style and other styles will be more comfortable.

Great looking shoes but way too narrow. I have tried a lot of on shoes and these fit different. Pick the regular x shoes instead!

Upper material did not have any give and too tight.

I could barely get my foot in the shoe. What I had read was to get your normal size so I did. But that did not work. Too bad too because I was excited about getting these!

I asked for 9M and this felt like an 8.5 Narrow. The fabric in the upper that looks gray/white in the pictures is actually transparent. I loved my last pair of on clouds but unfortunately am returning this pair.

Great shoe! Was almost perfect. Fit great, well constructed, even made my size 10 foot look small. The big NO was that the shoe is transparent!! How bizarre is that? I don't mean a little sheer, I mean hello toes!! Gross. I'm going to try to find something similar in On as this was very disappointing. And you can't tell that the shoe is see-through by the photos online. Bleh.

These fit terrible. They have a high rise in the back that rubs my bone in my ankle. They also dont have the cushion I am used to from On Cloud. I will go back to the cloud flyer.

So disappointed!! I ordered a half size larger than I normally wear which worked. But, first off had to add an insert- no arch support but I do have a high arch. The transparent toe box was annoying to see my sock thru and COLD! during the winter. Worst of all and why I am returning them is the right shoe pressed into the top of my foot so after a few hours of wearing my foot ached. I have never experienced this with any other shoe. On the inside of the shoe there is a bump from attachment of laces. Perhaps these were defective.

There is a clear mesh in front which I did not like.

They look great except for the see-through top which is really weird. Also, it lifted my toes which felt very unnatural. I want shoes that move with the foot not force it into an unnatural position. I'm returning.

Colors loook TOTALLY different in person.

This is my 2nd pair of OC and LOVED the first...wore them out! Order a 2nd pair and they are super cute, but both shoes KILL both my right and left pinky toe. I have never had this happen with a pair of shoes so I don't think its my foot or toe. So bummed these didn't work because I really need a new pair, but I just can't take the pain.

tongue was very stiff and uncomfortable

Love them other than the right sneaker fit smaller than the left, so I can't wear them. I've never had that issue with another shoe!

It said to order a half size larger for a wider foot, however this was way too narrow.

Material was see through on toe. Did not expect this Not comfortable at all.

The fit was awful. Could not even get them on. Tongue sewn to side of opening in shoe. Not enough room to get my high arch foot into it. Your Size, Width, Support above do not apply. This shoe is not at all possible for someone with a high arch. I have been looking and looking for a shoe that works for me so far no luck. So many have this tongue attached thing going on.
