Hurts my feet awful

Not as comfortable as expected, wished I'd tried in first or gotten the memory foam style

I'm on my feet all day on hard floors in vet medicine with bad plantar fasciitis. The shoe is marketed as arch support, but the support is very minimal. Disappointed. Well made, but not as marketed

I love this product, but it the heel form totally changed after washing the shoes to the point they are not wearable. )-: They fit my foot perfectly and I have very small feet so it's hard to find shoes with great arch support and these were the best I've ever worn, right up until I washed them.

I bought because of the arch but i've had for 3 mths and the support is gone. They flatten out once broke in.

I have plantar fasciaitis and need good arch support. These are made for people without foot problems.

There was something about the inside heel of this sneaker that was very uncomfortable. Maybe not enough cushion.

No toe room plus they pull my socks down inside

I could only use it for teo hours and my feet ached. Tried to find how to return them in the webpage but, in spite that I received them by the 10th of January, the company only would have accepted returns by the 2 January

I knew as soon as I opened the box these shoes were too small. Definitely not a wide width! I was able to get them on and it felt like there was no arch support at all. Would the right size shoe make a difference? I doubt it.

After walking with these shoes I thought would be awesome I thought maybe I've solved my problem with having a high arch. But this was a total disappointment like most of your shoes now. It sucks! I've always loved Skechers Shape Ups. It had the best arch support for me and many others but now we are at a loss. Not so nice of you guys to stop the product and not re-style or re-modify it.

Not nearly as comfortable as my Go Walk slipons. After less than an hour of hiking the balls of my feet were throbbing ( like before I discovered Go Walks) and inflamed. Got them for arch support but not worth the high price.

bought the same size as other shoes, but they are too small. The problem was I already threw away the box and receipt, so I can't return them for a bigger size.

I found the shoes to be comfortable but after wearing them awhile, noticed my big toe was getting sore from hitting the end of the shoe. I think they may run small in size. A half size larger would be most helpful so I sent an email asking if I might return them after wearing them for a half day to work and never heard back!! Not very professional!!! I'm retired, don't have a lot of money and feel not respected nor valued as a customer!

Have a high instep and arch. Very comfortable shoes until I walk about 1/4-mile and then my arches start aching and progress to screaming.

I exercise walking 5 miles 3-4 times weekly. The arch in your shoe does not match up to the foots arch area. Yours is too far back near the heal, thus does not support the arch.

I bought the wide width, shoe it is not wide enough. and the arch is in the wrong place.

Need them for walking Though they had a good arch. Not the case

these are touted as "arch support" ... eh. Dont have any or minimal arch support. Not cushy. And kind of ugly too. Honestly I hate them. Too expensive to throw away - but I probably won't wear them either. Eh.

I loved the Arch and Heel cushion , but there's No cushion in the front pad of foot area! :( theyd of been perfect if it wasn't for that.. i could of added an insert. But I d t want to pay that much for shoes and have to buy inserts too... :(

Got excited when I saw it was called Arch Fit but this shoe has little arch support. Wish you'd bring back Shape Ups as that was truly the best support for my high arch but this product did not meet the same standard.. So very disappointed as it looked nice and seemed to have an arch support but not that much. So my question is why do you produce such product that do not meet your customer's need? What a waste!

Lovely shoes but paid 4 postage and then had to pay 10 to return the shoe making the shoe cost 14 for nothing which I was very unhappy by so will not buy off again

I'm trying to use them as work shoes, since I'm on my feet 10 hrs. a day.

I am on my feet 10-12 hrs a day six days a week. I have worn the memory form Skechers for over a year and they have been the most comfortable athletic shoes I ever owed. I wanted something with an inch or so more height and these look like with the arch support that would do it. By the middle of the third day my left foot was so sore I could hardly walk. My right was fine. I loosened the laces on the left one thinking maybe that would help the second day I wore them. I know we have some swelling in our feet the longer we are on them but I have no issues with swelling/fluid retention in my feet. These just did not work for me but I am still going to order a new pair of the memory form ones like I have been wearing. Live and learn

I purchased because I have plantar fasciitis and need a good arch support. Theses were advertised as having excellent arch support. Sadly a waste of money.
