It was pretty uncomfortable. It did have good arch support but it was not enough for me and it made it difficult to find an insole to fix the problem. Maybe it's good for some folks but not for me.

I ordered my size 8.5 and they are too big. It also was rubbing the top of my foot and that was just from wearing them around the house for a few hours. I couldn't imagine wearing them 10 hours at work.
