I am pleased with the overall quality of this backpack. My one concern is the zippers on the two outer pockets. They both have single direction zippers which means when you go to open one the entire "flap" of material has to come open to access any of the contents which likely means stuff falling out. A two direction zipper that meets at the top would be a better configuration.
