This is a beautiful shoe, moderately comfortable for a flat. MM shoe sizing can be confusing. I'm a solid size 40 in most European dress shoes but find MM shoes loose, especially in the mid-foot, in that size. (I should say that I have narrow heels and a standard-width forefoot.) I've gone with 39.5 in Grace loafers, Irene pumps, and these Rowan flats, and the fit is good but not great.The forefoot seems snug in the Rowans, and I'm hoping it will stretch a bit; I've removed some of the padding from the sole to accommodate my foot and added a pair of Aertex dress-shoe inserts for arch support. The length in the size 40 felt better, as did the forefoot, but they were gapping mid-foot, so I returned that pair. The style of the Rowan is terrific, and the snakeskin looks great with a variety of solid-color dresses and pants, from Zhou to Foster. If they fit your foot, I recommend them!

Cute and comfy! They do take a bit of breaking in, but not too terribly bad.

Beautiful shoe that appears slender on your foot. First day with them on and while I know they will take a little breaking in, so far, so good.
