These are luxurious slippers and well made. This is my second pair; I wore the first pair out in 2 years of hard indoor-outdoor wear. This new pair isn't quite as comfortable. The left one is a little uneven in the sole and I have to pull the back up, where the right one fits perfectly and feels evenly supportive. A small difference. I'm still glad to have them.

I am a true 9.5, but I have a narrow foot. I bought a 9 and my toe hit the very front of the slipper with my heel not hanging over the back but where it should be. I bought a size 10 and there was a full inch before the toe of the shoe. I still have both and don't know which one I am inevitably going to keep because I love LLBean. I need to say I really hope at some point they make slippers in half sizes because I always have this problem and it's frustrating. Nothing negative to say about the quality of the slipper as they are comfortable as all heck.

This slipper looks great and would be very comfortable. I always wear a size 11 shoe. The size 11 in this slipper is too large. Since there isn't a size 10.5, I sent for a 10 and will return the 11. Hopefully the size 10 will fits me safely and comfortably.

I'd prefer if these slippers were lighter weight, ie, a lighter-weight sole, both for walking around indoors and for traveling (I do not wear these slippers outside). I purchased them to replace a pair (different brand) that were more of a low bootie, which I prefer, as I'd prefer that the back of my heels were covered. (The price of the alternate brand has gone up quite a bit, or I'd have ordered another pair.)
The first pr. of the LLBean slippers I ordered had a slight flaw in the shearling that was quite noticeable to me, so I returned them and ordered another of this same pair, which I have kept. The shearling is adequate; I hope LLBean does not try to cut corners by skimping on the shearling in the future (like yet another brand has done), as the warm, thick shearling is the major reason I purchased the slippers

These slippers seem very nice but I am having to send them back for a bigger size. After reading many reviews saying that they run very large, I went against my better judgement and ordered a size down. They do not run big. I would consider them true to size. I am a 10.5 but because most shoes don't come in that size, I wear an 11. I ordered the 10 and with socks, they are a bit tight. They are also quite narrow. I am exchanging for the 11 and am hoping they fit.

The slippers are fabulous well made, super-comfortable, soft and warm, and my feet don't get hot. I wear a size 7-1/2 or 8 in shoes, or a 39 European, so I ordered these in Size 8. They were very long and wide and would slip right off my feet. I returned them for a Size 7 and the new ones are perfect. Very slow shipping and I had to pay for the return shipping which seems like bad policy in this day and age. Sure hope LL Bean rethinks that one.

Received the red pair today. Very cheerful . All other colors long wait . I agree that they run big. My foot seemed to be sliding around. I'm worried they might stretch in time and my foot will be sloshing around and causing potential problems.
Heel slips out back. I have bit of a narrow heel. Will this be a problem down the round?
The foam under the shearling is evident, feels cushy, but right now heel is higher and forcing me to walk on my toes more because foam is pushing foot forwards.
I'll try for a few more days. Afraid size 7 may be too small
Quality is nice.
Had to return Wicked good slippers because laces were irritating a bunion and shearling formed an annoying clump under toes and didn't now smooth out after weeks of wearing.
I live in slippers mostly, so it's important!

I sit a lot crossing mt feet so it wore the fur off the front and sides. Otherwise they are wonderful slippers. I wear them all the time.

BLUF: Great slipper and I look forward to wearing it everyday! Very comfortable. Sturdy sole that I won't have to worry about stepping on junk in our garage. Only complaint is that there are tags inside the slipper that scratch the bottom of my feet. I had to cut them out, which was a bit difficult. I'd suggest moving the placement of the tags if they must have them.

First my pair ever, Christmas 2020 gift. Felt like wearing a cozy blanket on my feet. I have foot problems & these feel great. Only 2 issues. First, putting a very stiff & scratchy tag inside is a really bad idea. Was difficult to cut out - had to cut it down to the seam to stop feeling it & couldn't prevent cutting some of the sheepskin out with it. Second, after only a month of wear there are spots where the sheepskin lining is already wearing thin. A little disappointing for the price. Podiatrist suggested getting 2nd pair and alternating each day. Will have to save money to do it, though, or hope for a sale.

I'm debating whether or not to return these as they are plush snd cozy but too long. I didn't realize the heel is open from the photo and heel comes out of the slipper with each step. They say they will be snug initially to allow for shearling to conform but I tried them on with smart wool hiking socks snd still felt large. Other products usually fit me as a size 7. Have worn the Mocs for years and loved them but tired of the shoestrings coming untied so thought I should try a slip on.
Does anyone know how this compares to the Venetian slip on?

First I like the green ones I purchased, great color. They are very comfortable and the foot bed is well padded, a lot more cushion than most slippers. I like everything about them except the fact that the back part for your heel isn't the normal height. The back of them sit a little lower on your foot. I find myself sometimes gripping with my toes to keep them on. I guess I will get used to it. This is why I gave them 4 star instead of 5.

These are very comfortable slippers, and they are easy to slip into. I wish they had a little bit of heel, but I did know what I ordered. I would recommend them for short term wear, but I need more support a lot of the time.

After returning and ordering a full size smaller than I normally wear, I give these a 4 star rating because of sizing being too large and a still to be determined on how durable they will be. If rating strictly on comfort I would rate them a 5/5. They are "wickedly" comfortable.......what metatarsalgia???? I can now wickedly walk comfortable on wood floors!

This is a beautiful and well made slipper, runs one size too large so I have to exchange mine and I even wear a 1/2 size larger sometimes in regular shoes. So, I would recommend ordering one size down if you will be wearing these with light socks and bear-footed. If you are inserting an arch support pad/orthotic, it probably would work fine. While there is technically no "arch," the shaping of the inside of the slipper does support the arch somewhat, and better than a flat shoe, because of the heel and shaping. I can tell that they are not as lush as the ones made years ago. The wool fur is not terribly thick or long. The sides, decorated with the fur, do not fold up to go around the foot, but are sewn on to the slipper for looks, which seems like a waste. It's a beautiful slipper overall, and nice to see real sheepskin being used, and a nice sole, but runs large.

I am on my third set of slippers. I have given them as gifts to all family members. I love them. 5 stars. BUT I don't understand one thing- the inside of the slippers is this luscious cushioned soft material that is a treat on your feet, but then you add that scratchy tag at the instep. And it is sewn in so not easy to remove. If you cut it out, it leaves a hard stub behind. Please reconsider either the placement of the tag or the material!!!

Please know that I really like my slippers. My bad was that I assumed they were made here. Wicked Good, Maine and all. Oh well. I did look before buying, but only saw that the fleece was imported from Australia. Slippers are made in Myanmar and while that's not a bad thing, I just feel a little duped. My fault entirely. I still recommend them, as long as one does not mind complete imports.

It's hard to rate a product I have to return! I am sure I ordered the best size for me, but it still didn't work. I take an 8 1/2 but did not order a 9 as LL Bean suggested but rather an 8 based on reviews. Most of the slipper fit perfectly (teeny-teeny bit snug in the toe but okay and it says it will pack down). However, the heel was too loose and my heel kept slipping out annoyingly (and perhaps unsafely). I even tried socks (which I never wear with slippers), but it didn't improve it enough. I notice another person's 1-star review with the exact same experience, so I thought it would be useful to add mine. This heel-slipping has happened to me a few times in my life, so perhaps I have a narrow heel, despite my foot overall consistently fitting well in medium width footwear. Oddly, I currently have a pair of slides, and they don't cause my heel to slip. Also, I am flat-footed and prefer a lower arch but this one was doable. Otherwise I thought these were really nice slippers. The purple is a beautiful shade, and the lining is comfy and cozy. I like the non-slip sole. So I will give it 4 stars since they seem like they could be great slippers if you don't have a heel like mine!

These are very warm slippers - which is what I wanted. I usually wear a 7 or 7 1/2 shoe and the size 7 slippers are plenty long for me. I'm glad I did not order one size up. I ordered the greenish color and am very pleased with it. LL Bean slippers I've had in the past have lasted a long time and I expect these will too.
