These slippers are beautifully made and so comfortable, but, unfortunately, the heel area wasn't high enough for my feet, and I kept walking out of them. The soft trim gives the illusion of a higher heel, but I just couldn't risk a fall. I returned them reluctantly because I really wanted them to work.

The shoe back is much lower than it appears because of the fluffy shearling almost like slide in slippers. Shoe is warm & well made but your foot tends to slide out easily.

Very cozy. I would like the back to be about 1/2 " higher.

These house slippers are warm, look good and have a sole that is usable outdoors. The reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that I don't find them comfortable after about an hour or so. The soles are stiff and become less comfortable over time. I am not able to wear them all day but in the cold of the morning I can wear them for an hour or two. I'm 70 years old and do not work so I'm home much of the time.

I like these but next time I will get a boot type. I'd like these to be higher on the back of the heel.

Comfortable slippers. Are they washable? What temperature should I they be washed in and how about drying?

Good quality and nice inside sherpa. The fit is good. I wish the back is just a little higher but love the slipper.

Love these slippers. The fit as expectd, are warm and comfortable. There is a stiff label in both slippers that is right at the arch (and irritating) and not easy to remove.

A year ago or so I bought the Squam Lake slippers in my usual shoe size 8. After not very long the fluffy lining had matted down and the slippers felt too big and sloppy. They were still OK if I wore socks with them, but putting on socks in the middle of the night just to feel safe in my slippers was a no-go. I recently bought the Squam Lake in size 7 and while the lining still matts down after a short while, the smaller size fits better. These are nice slippers but buy one size smaller than your usual shoe size. Note to LL Bean: the left slipper has a squared off toe and does not match the right slipper. Other reviewers have noticed this too. Time to alert your production department!

Got these for myself as a slipper upgrade during the winter. I wanted something that was durable and warm. These definitely are a good fit for that! I like that they kind of have a back to them but not a full back. I did notice on the back right of one of my slippers where the back is (at the heal) there's a tiny indent under the fur area. That's why it did get a 4 start rating instead of 5. It's nothing that affects the shoe wear so I'm not worried about it. I'm usually a 6 1/2 but I ordered the size 6 due to the shoe being known to be on the bigger side. I have a narrow, tiny foot so I believe a 7 would have been way too big. If you have a wider foot and think you would need to size up (from a 6.5), a 7 might be a better fit for you unless there's a wide option. I did spray my slippers with a water/stain repellent spray once I got them to help prevent any future stains to them. Will come back and edit my review if anything changes!

Shearling is thick and firm but would have liked a bit more support. I definitely would buy again, though.

Thought was full slipper. More like a clog. Low on heel.

Bought a pair for my girlfriend and she loves them. She says they are wonderfully plush and warm and she loves the berry color. She did say they were a bit big for that size as others have also noted.

The heel is lower - so can slip up and down when walking - although still very comfortable- and I only wear them inside so I don't walk to many steps in them - nice non slip bottom - think they will last a very long time

Slippers are very nice, but ... Just as others commented, the left slipper is larger than the right. I'm returning and trying one size smaller.

Giving it a 4 because they said to order a size up and I did. They are a little big but warm and comfortable

Purchased as gift. Loved! just wish there were half sizes.

I've been buying Wicked Good Slippers for many years but this is the first time to get this style. Width is a lot tighter than others so getting them comfortable took a few days. But same quality and workmanship. Love the new color!

Love these! Love color options but priority for me is comfort as I have feet issues. Unfortunately, the sizes do not come in 1/2 sizes and this is the only reason I can not give these slippers 5 stars.

These slippers have become my go-to slippers. I normally wear an 11.5 size shoe. But as there is nothing larger than an 11, I bought that size. As slippers, they work. And being on sale at the time helped. I've always been a big fan of sheepskin footwear.

Very warm and cozy. 4.5 stars really. Just concerned the sole will flatten and not be as soft as could with undersole of memory foam. But time will tell.

These are the worlds cosiest slippers until I am so sad that the heel foam has collapsed in one of these slippers making them unwearable - it took me a while to figure why my left heel hurt and the slipper felt hard. Oh well I thought, order another pair, no such luck until February. I've had these in the past and they lasted for years. To be fair the rest of the slipper is in great shape.

DO order down a size AND you cannot walk normally in these - the sole is too stiff. They aren't too hot - it's REAL sheep skin, not polyester.
