I gave these slippers to my wife for Christmas. She loved them as they were comfortable and warm. However, in less than two weeks of light use, the top stitching on the left slipper has come apart leaving a one inch hole. We are so disappointed that these slippers just fell apart.

Slippers must have been put together wrong. Top goes one way and bottom the other way. Cost too much to send back.

I received these slippers as a gift to replace the same ones I had for years. After only a few months of wear, the lining is completely gone in the heel area. Rubbed down to the leather and no longer comfortable to wear. Very disappointed considering how expensive they are!

I have worn LL Bean slippers for years. My first pair lasted 7 years. My second pair lasted for 4 and had to be discarded for reasons other than wear and tear. Just bought the new pair and have worn them for TWO WEEKS. Today, the stitching that holds the top of the slipper to the body started to unravel. Really, LL Bean?

I bought these back in the spring and really liked them because they were so comfortable. However, I quickly discovered the rubber soles were very sticky. Unfortunately, mine stuck to the carpet one night and I fell forward with one foot stuck in place and ruptured my Achilles tendon. I've now been in a cast or boot for 6 months, and have another 6+ months ahead of me, unable to walk, shower, or even leave the house for most of that time. Do NOT buy this item unless you're looking for a long period of excruciating pain, disability, and refusal of LLBean to even discuss their poorly designed mistake.

Nicely made slipper but it would not stay on my heels when I walked. It was my size so I was quite surprised that this slipper was not snug enough to hold my heel in the slipper.

I received the Venetian slipper for Christmas present 2023. Have been disappointed in overall quality. Just noticed the inner fleece lining already worn to sole. Have worn llbean slippers for years. Never again.

I bought a pair of these slippers years ago and I loved them, so I was so disappointed when I hated this new pair that I ordered. They feel very cheaply made compared to my last pair. The soles are so thin that I can feel every contour of the floor under my feet when I am wearing them. The overall shoe feels very flimsy. I can't put them on without holding the heel part of the shoe or it ends up folding under my foot and it isn't because they are too small. I noticed after I ordered them that it says they are made in China - I'm thinking that has not always been true because the quality difference between my old slippers and the new ones is extreme. I was so looking forward to getting them and I was instantly disappointed when I put them on.

My husband had gotten the Venetian slipper in men's. He was very satisfied with the fit and quality. This was the reason I ordered a pair of Venetian's for myself. When they arrived the toe box of the one slipper was so pointy that it looked like it would be a great cover for the tip of my skis. I was very disappointed. L.L. Bean accepted the returned slippers and refunded the purchase price.

These slippers make my feet itch and burn. Additionally, they are asymmetrical - the front of right slipper is noticeably narrower than the left. Definitely not the quality I have come to expect from LLBean.

Advertised as providing traction; the rubber sole is WORTHLESS! Purchased 3months prior to my fall with a birthday certificate from my brother. I am 68,active, still working, no osteoporosis, just in case you're wondering. Once I slightly slipped inside on a 2" damp area on kitchen floor. Possibly dog drool by water bowl while wearing these new slippers. This was strange, I have never slipped in any other slippers. I should have gotten rid of them then! Instead I cleaned the soles, and kept using them. 1 month later, I stepped onto deck after a rain and my feet came out from under me, landing on back and right ankle. My whole wrist is fractured! This sole has NO traction and cannot handle any wet circumstances!

Very disappointed. I've been buying L.L. Bean, wicked good slippers for many years, and bought two pairs for me and my husband to open Christmas morning. We both tried them on, walked around a bit, and immediately noticed that they were nothing like prior versions. They didn't feel nearly as padded inside, and they did not fit all around the heel. Every step we took, our heels lifted out of the slippers - and yes, I bought the same sizes I've always bought. The overall quality simply felt nothing like it used to. Very sad.

I needed a size 6-1/2 wide according to your size suggestion ordered a 7 OMG way to big so I went down to a size 6 OMG way to small! I have had to return both why in the world don't you offer half sizes.

I received these slippers as a gift and loved them. I had an unfortunate accident 2 days after I received them. My two year old son choked and I had to give him the heimlich, in the process of trying to save his life, he threw up on my new slippers. I called customer service and they refused to replace them. Both people I spoke to were very rude and unsympathetic showing no compassion at all. I was very disheartened especially during the holiday season. Needless to say I will never purchase anything from this company again. Very disappointed.

Very disappointed in the quality of this slipper. The tag is sewn on the bottom of the slipper and is uncomfortable. Also the left slipper was oddly wide and did not match the right one that was normally shaped. It was no where near the quality and comfort of my LlBean hand sewn slippers with the flannel liner that are now only available for men.

Couldn't get my foot in. The top of the slipper came up too high. Returned. Length and width don't count here as it was too tight to begin with.

I'm returning these because I could barely get my toes in them. Too bad they don't stock Wide width slippers more often.

Lining at heels packed down almost immediately, making the shoes larger and sloppy. I would use caution in moving up a size on half sizes
