I purchased these slippers for myself after getting a pair for my husband. He loved his so much that I had to get a pair for myself! My feet are always cold in the cooler months and it has always been hard to find a pair of slippers that will keep my feet warm. These slippers do the trick! They are super comfortable and keep my feet nice and warm.

I knew that when I ordered these slippers they would be of good quality because I'm ordering them from L.L. Bean. I worried, however, whether or not I could wear them because I have Plantar Fasciitis, which means that I need shoes or slippers with great arch support, or have slippers large enough that would fit my orthotics. At first I tried them on without my orthotics and found that didn't work. But when I put inside my orthotics, my slippers are still comfortably, warm and cozy, so they are compatible with your own personal orthotics. (No socks though)

This is my second pair--love this slipper! Warm with a good rubber sole!

I haven't had these slippers that long so I cannot speak to longevity, but I can speak to warmth and comfort: both excellent! If you want a warm and comfortable pair of slippers that you can also wear to dash outside to nab the paper (unless there's a real downpour, then I put on my wellies!), these are the slippers for you. I especially like that I can slip into them without having to touch them (i.e. bend over!!!!).

I wear my slippers to death and go through a pair of cheaper versions of these every year. I decided to break down and finally just splurge on a pair of bean slippers. I don't wear them with socks - there is plenty of fluff to keep your feet warm! My feet are typically cold, so I can see someone who doesn't have that issue finding these too hot. I do wish they offered them in half sizes. Without socks, the 10s are slightly long for me, but the 9s are definitely too cramped. Still, a great purchase and I'm anticipating these lasting me for a while!

Best slippers ever. Warm. Comfy. A nice part about wintry weather is slipping into these.

I have always wanted to purchase a pair of Wicked Good slippers but just never got around to it. I love these because I don't have to worry about the ties coming unlaced. These slippers are deliciously comfortable and fit perfectly right out of the box. The reviews about them running slightly large are spot on. I usually wear an 8.5 and the size 8 fits like a glove. I'm wearing them now on this crisp Colorado evening while I type up this review and after teaching all day, the Venetian slippers are heavenly.

Perfect in every way!

I had a pair of LL Bean slippers like this that my Mom had given me, about 15 years ago, only they were dark brown. They last for a good 15 years through plenty of wear. I finally broke down and ordered these as a replacement. Yes, these are not cheap slippers, but I think that's rather the point, after all. They are perfectly luxurious inside, and so durable on the outside. Perfect for stepping out on the porch, etc. I love these slippers!

Warm and comfortable

My favorite slipper. Warm and soft. Fit was good for me. The sides and top are comfortable, no tight or high top. I walk outside briefly to mail. No slipping on carpet, tile, or wood. The only time I've had some slip on the soles is wet tile.

I have a pair of these so I bought them for a Christmas present to give to one of my daughters. Best pair of slippers I've ever owned. They last forever and keep my feet warm. High quality product. I keep coming back.

I LOVE these slippers! The fit is perfect. They are just the right level of warm, even in the summer. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I normally wear a size 8 1/2 so the size 8 I purchased fit very snug. These are a replacement for another style purchased some time ago and per suggestion to order 1/2 sizes up I purchased a size 9. loved the slippers but couldn't keep them on my feet (heel kept slipping off). The only thing that could make these better would be to offer half sizes so why don't they???

These slippers feel great after a short break in period. I want slippers that are sturdy enough to wear on my patio as well as indoors. These have a strong sole (for a slipper). I have purchased two pairs of wicked good slippers in the past and they each lasted about ten years. I'm not as careful as I should be about taking them off before I run out to my garden, but they stand up to it.

Love the slippers, but need to return them for a smaller size. I wear 8 1/2 shoe, I ordered a 9. It is very large. Hope an 8 fits because I really like the feel and appearance of this shoe.

I gave this slipper a five star rating even though I am returning them because they are a half size too large for me. I have two other pairs of LLB slippers in the same material but in the higher ankle style soft sole type and a size 9 fits perfectly without socks. The new pair of hard sole and shorter loafer-like slippers is a half size too large in size 9. Since the point of buying this pair of slippers is to NOT have to wear socks is lost, I need to return. Sorry there's no half size. I hesitate to get the next size down and hope to stretch -- my motto in footwear is pretty much if it's not comfortable on first wearing I'll look for something else. 6/8/18

very comfy and soft. they are warm and can be worn with or without socks and still keep feet nice and warm. good quality and so nice not to have to tie laces that keep coming open.

I live in my slippers and needed a new pair. I thought, "self, go with LL BEAN". I was tired of purchasing a new pair every year. These are the best. I'm only living myself because I should have ordered a half size down because I have a narrow foot. That's my fault not LL BEAN's. These are so comfortable, you'll forget you're wearing them and walk out with them on. I've gone many places wearing them not realizing that I'm wearing my slippers! Now, I have to be conscientious about taking them off before leaving the house. Great comfort, indoor and outdoor. Dry fast if wet. If they do get wet, your feet will not get wet. Enjoy, I know I do!

Love these slippers! I wear size 9, and ordered size 9. The slipper is so very comfortable, and fits well. I also have another LLBean slipper that has a tie which keeps coming untied, so I much prefer these with no strings (attached). Ha. The sole of these slippers is good for going outside in the morning to get the paper. Highly recommend this slipper.

These slippers are wickedly good and have kept me warm this winter. I have a couple of pairs I alternate between and which I use only inside. I highly recommend them!

I have always had the Wicked Good slippers that come up around the ankle. They used to last forever and were extremely comfortable. However, the last pair I got, just recently, were very narrow. The soles of my feet were walking on the sides of the slipper, making them very uncomfortable. I exchanged them for the Venetian moccasin style with the rubber sole. Although I miss the sheep fur around my ankles I love these slippers.

I have been wearing my other 2 pairs of these slippers for several years now, and I wanted to try the new Venetian style. These are the best slippers!
