Really comfortable slippers and great customer service. I ordered up a half size (9; I usually wear 8 1/2), and the slippers were sloppy big. I returned them to the store and they were replaced immediately. The scuffs have a surprising amount of arch support and feel great on my feet I highly recommend them!

We ordered the dog, but received the moose. Does not matter, son's girlfriend loves them.

Love these slippers. They are warm and nice to look at. I usually have trouble finding a comfortable slipper since I need arch supports. These didn't claim to have one but appear to have a bit of arch support. I suspect this will not be my last pair of these since I loved several other designs also.

This is my second pair, my older ones are at least 10 years old. I normally wear a size 10.5 in sneakers but size 10 in these scuffs. Very comfortable and warm.
