I got the golden retriever ones for Xmas . I've been wearing these for three years so I know how they fit ! I always wear a nine !! This Xmas I was thrilled to see a new dog ( the one with the face ) my old dog ones fit perfect( I have two pair ) always same fit . These are loose all over and my foot slides around annoyingly ! I live on a hill so I walk down a steep driveway and these slippers are dangerously loose for that ! Just expect problems with the new colors bc obviously there's a different mfr

This was my second pair of Daybreak scuffs. Both succumbed to pilling, but more disappointing holes. At first they were very comfortable and fit true to size. However they became stretched out and loose. These slippers won't last more than a year with moderate wear. I decided after burning through another pair. I would go with the moccasin type slippers. I want something more durable for the price. A great novelty item, but not at all durable. Unless you have to have them, spring for that extra 10 bucks and buy something more sturdy.

Bought for daughter. She said she loves them, puts them on when she com es home from her work as a teacher with autistic children...thought they were a bit snug at first, but kept them on and now says they fit perfectly.

I received the dog pair. The color is awful, they just look dirty, not cute or pretty or attractive. The dog "puzzle" would be okay if it was a better picture of a dog, but each slipper just looks like it had a black squiggle on it. The sole is sturdier than any pair of shoes I have. My idea of slippers is cozy and fluffy, not sturdy and dense rubber. They're basically a pair of shoes to wear inside. I don't like them but I'll keep them because they were a gift, but i would never pay money for these.

I put these slippers on and walked across the floor and took them off and put them back into the box and returned them to the store. I expected for the price that these slippers would have a nice memory foam insole and to my surprise it was like walking on the floor. I have become very disappointed in the quality and fit of the clothes being sold at LL Bean and not being made in this country and the very high prices you long Parker coats are over $200 and look like they have a $2.00 zipper on them. Very disappointing customer who has been a shopper for many years, Jacqueline H Wilmington, Ma 01887

To look at the picture, one would think that these slippers have a felt surface with a soft, flexible upper attached to a hard sole, but the upper is hard and unyielding, like a straitjacket for the foot; you can't just wiggle your foot into the slipper, but have to push it in forcibly. The width may call itself "B," but it isn't an American "B," it's a Chinese "B," made for a smaller foot. (I've worn "B" width shoes for the better part of my 71 years.) The hard upper squeezing the foot is most uncomfortable. The synthetic shearling lining is rough to the touch and also uncomfortable.

I got these less than 2 years ago and I only wear them in fall through spring. This fall, after only a year an a half, the right slipper has a quarter sized hole in the toe, and the left slipper is developing one. I attempted to return them to exchange because I feel they should last longer than one season, and was told that the holes are "normal wear and tear." To say I'm disappointed in both the product and the customer service is an understatement.

I would NOT order this again. Each foot has 1/3 the size in LLBEAN...that is NOT shown. I love LL Bean but as soon as I got my order I went to my fleece throws and cut off the tags I have been staring at as my last Christmas gift to myself. Think I'll make this one star since it makes me so mad as Santa. There, from 2 to 1. I love LLB but I don't want to sleep with it or promote it in my living room.

Very poor quality with wool being destroyed and unusable the next year. Soles wore thin and didn't provide enough cushioning

This is my second pair of scuffs. My first pair I returned because a hole formed on the inside of the slipper and I had hoped it was a fluke. I didn't wear them much so figured it had to be. I held onto them until I went to Freeport. I was super excited to get a new pair thinking it had to be a fluke because LL Beans quality has always been too much but here I am less then a year later (do not wear them between April-September) and another hole. I'd blame it on my feet but the hole is in an entirely different place. It stinks cause I rarely by anything for myself.

I got these as a gift, and they are my correct size. But they are far too wide and far too large. I have tried several thick wool socks, and comfort inserts, and neither helped; my right foot is now at the point where its hurting because these fit so poorly. I am going to give them to a friend who wears a full size larger than me and see if she can wear them. If you order, order a full size smaller than you normally wear.

I ordered my regular size 8. The slippers are too big. Can't wear comfortable. Tend too fall off my feet. I should have a 7. I am so disappointed since they were $49. I would have thought at that price the fit would be better.

I have been a loyal LLBean customer for as long as I have been able to buy my own clothes. I bought these slippers to replace the hearthside slippers that I have completely worn out over the last 10 years. Since LLBean does not make the hearthside in a scuff anymore, I decided to try these and was really excited to get them. I wore them around the house on the first day and after a couple hours noticed that my knees, hips, and lower back were all aching pretty bad. I'm a healthy, active person, without any usual back problems, so this was something that caused me a bit of concern. I chalked it up to a harder workout than normal the day before, but realized that once I took off the slippers, my pain went away. The next day, I put my slippers on and found the same thing happened. Once I took them off, my pain in my legs and back subsided. That's when it dawned on me that it was the slippers, not me. How disappointing. I need a hefty slipper for cold hardwood floors and was so disappointed that these weren't the answer for me. They seemed to fit well, but alas, my back and legs told me another story. I have since replaced these with Sorrel slippers and will not be coming back to LLBean for slippers. For the price, the Sorrels are so much nicer!!

Cute. Not cozy like my patchwork ones that I was going to replace. Toe box is shaped weird and they are very stiff. You couldn't wear them without socks. Cute is all I can say good about them....

These slippers are very cute, but unfortunately they are not comfy at all. The lining isn't soft at all and the edges dig in to your feet. They feel like regular uncomfortable shoes. (actually my every day shoes are more comfortable than these) So disappointed because they are quite expensive for slippers.

I finally brought myself to get a new pair of scuff's after having my first pair for 10+ years to find out you only make them with animals on them?! Please bring the solid colors back. In the meantime I have to shop elsewhere for slippers.
