Not good. Like walking on tile floors bare footed. Too bad because the upper part is warm and attractive but the soles are not comfy like house slippers should be.

Will not buy again! The cushioning is horrible and has already flattened down to nothing. Only keeping because of the arch support which is hard to find. But cushioning is no better than my old ones so will not buy again unless you make them the way you used to!

Not comfortable at all, hard, stiff, with little padding.

Cute design, had a rough patch on the left slipper. Perhaps glue? Could use better quality control

I ordered these slippers in a size 10 because most of the reviews suggested these are true to size and a few even offered that they would advise to "size up" if you are between sizes. I am generally a 9 (but a 9-1/2 in most athletic shoes). After completely the LL Bean survey on sizing I ordered the LL Bean predicted size. Got the slippers today and sadly will need to return because they are a good full size too big-very wide. Quality is great with decent support and a nice sole. I've already reordered and I'm hoping the 9 is better fit. Ordered my niece and my daughter same shoe, same size and am predicting they also will need to size down.

Wearing size 8 1/2, advised to take 9 -was too big to wear SAFELY. Your problem for not my size- HAD TO PAY FOR RETURN!!! No way to do business! Was not my fault you advised wrong size! You are not the upright company I had used for years! Was not a comfy, soft slipper fit.

Feels cheap, fleece inside slippers are minimal thickness, hard sole. Slippers are suppose provide and "ahhhhhh" comfort feeling, these do not. I have not ordered from LL Bean in quite a long time. Confirmed my reason why, their product is low quality since they began to focus on "outdoor". Won't be ordering from LL Bean any more.

I read the reviews, so ordered down (no half sizes!) but they turned out to be too small. Also felt rather scratchy on my bare feet. So back they went.

They run big. Wide and long. Because they are so big, they don't keep my feet warm. Guess I like a snug slipper, not loose.

I've looked yearningly at these slippers in the catalog for years but was reluctant to spend so much. But this time I decided to treat myself. These, at least for me, are horrible. They're so narrow that instead of sliding my foot into them I had to lift my foot and tug them on. Once on, there was a hard/sharp area on the back that, no matter which way I moved my foot, was extremely uncomfortable. I sent them back right away and am more than a little upset that I was charged over $6. to return a defective product.
I've for years gotten most of my important footwear from Bean ( hiking boots, winter boots/shoes) and am disappointed that the company is promoting products that are less than the ones that made them great.
I got generous with two stars because they really are as cute as the picture.

These were adorable but I am an 8.5 and couldn't really make the 8 work (toes were hitting the front) not the 9 (slipping out of the back). Also they were not super warm, but cute. Ended up with the Squam Lake Wicked Good Slippers which oddly enough doesn't come in a half size either, but the 8 worked in those. Maybe it was the plush lining that made them more comfy but loved that option, not these.

These slipper are comfortable but I've only had them a short time, have only worn them in the house, but they look beat up and old already. Boiled wool on the moose is all balled up and straggly and the wool on the rest of the slippers is also looking rough. Insides look ancient too. For the money, I am very unhappy with these.

Pricey and not very comfortable. I'm so disappointed. There's not much support or cushion.

Cute slippers but they had a built-in arch that was weirdly placed, so I returned them

They're aren't as comfortable as they look. I feel like I'm walking on the rubber sole. Not enough cushion on the inside

Got the dog because the cat was sold out. Hard to tell what the animal was. Although it fit and was comfortable, within a few months, they looked terrible. Awful pilling of the wool. Disappointing.

I'm rather disappointed in my slippers. This is my second pair and after only a week of wear the material is lifting. The last pair I had I wore for years - until the inner sole finally fell apart. The outside material of my new ones looks like it is molting. I doubt they will last like the others. So many things that I buy these days are not as good of quality as in the past, I was hoping that would not be true of LL Bean.

Size 8 was too big, but the toe box for size 7 was too small. The color is much more muted than in the photo, so don't expect red. It's reddish.

Although very pretty, they are way too large and wide. I can only wear them with thick socks.

Poor sizing and slow returns resulting in a issue with Citibank on paying my bill which I did not like even a little bit.

I bought these slippers over a year ago. I thought they would be my go-to slippers because they looked soft and warm. But I quickly learned that the fuzzy lining was awful, causing my feet to sweat immediately, even in winter. This does not happen to me with most other liners, so I suspect that it isn't my feet that are at fault. I bet these are lined with some non-optimal synthetic material, but, whatever it is, it doesn't do the job. They got this SO wrong! I never wear them.
