This is my third pair. They were the greatest slippers ever until they eventually stretched out. This last pair I got were already wide. It's like I've been wearing them for months. I'm disappointed.

I bought these slippers to replace a pair I bought from LLBean a couple years ago. I just wish they hadn't changed the design. I could just slide my feet into my old ones but I have to struggle to get my feet through the much smaller foot opening on these. Struggling to put on slippers rather defeats the purpose.

Thought these would be more comfortable than they actually are.

My slippers have a nice picture of an owl that I like however they are not soft or comfortable on my feet. I like the support but there's no cushioning of any type or lining on the bottom of the slipper to make it feel comfortable and supportive on my feet.

I bought the Daybreak Scuffs to replace my old LL Bean Sweater Fleece slippers that I've had about 5 years. These new ones are not as comfortable and I think the reason is the toe box is a hard material and as I walk my toes bump up against the front of the slipper, which feels hard, not cushy. I wear a 71/2 shoe so I ordered a size 8 so there would be room for my toes to move and I always wear socks with them. They also have an arch support that kind of annoys me since it isn't always in the right place. After a while the slippers get uncomfortable and I am glad I kept my old sweater fleece slippers so I can change into them. I am keeping the Daybreak Scuffs in the hope that they will soften up over time. The sole is good so I can run outside in them. I just wish they were more comfortable. I read reviews of the sweater fleece slippers and got the impression they were redesigned and the sizing was off. That's the reason I took a chance on these.

I recently received my slippers to replace a pair I purchased a year and a half ago. I have only worn them a handful of times and While they are still pretty comfortable, they are not the same slipper. The footholes were misshapen on arrival and appeared to be stretched out so didn't fit as snugly. They were not as plush either. As I said. They are still comfortable but no where near as nice as my previous purchase.

I'm not impressed with these as they are not true to size. I ordered size 8 and had to send them back for 7 - which I kept. I've only had them since 1/30/20 and they now feel like a size 71/2-8 wide and the inside sole is very lumpy and not very comfortable under foot. They are warm in cold weather, but if you have a pet that sheds, the hair WILL be attracted to these slippers. I'm constantly 'lint rollering" them.
This is the first time, I believe, that I really dislike an item. I usually am extremely satisfied.
Won't stop me from buying from them though! Love my LLBean!

I have purchased these slippers twice this winter thinking that it was a fluke that the first pair didn't hold up to keep their shape in the arch but the second pair is doing the same thing.

I love the design and needed the arch support but as another reviewer said, the arch is lumpy and hard, not a smooth surface and this causes pain. I wish they would fix the sole, loved them otherwise!

This is my second pair I have ordered for myself and several pairs for my great-grandchildren.
On my last pair the left slipper the fabric is pilling but not on the right. Very disappointed but still love the slippers otherwise.

Love the looks of these slippers. However, the arch feels as if someone stuck a stick across the bottom of the slipper making it feel lumpy and uncomfortable.

Thought I'd finally found a slipper/scuff that would replace my 10 year old Acorn slippers! Exterior fabric, snowflakes embellishment, cozy fleece lining lived up to LLBean's quality. Sizing was spot on! My hopes were dashed when I discovered that the arch support, a great feature, had been set back an extra inch! Walking was uncomfortable, and part of my heel wondered what in the blazes was going on! And so dear readers, the slipper/scuff hunt continues.

I loved them but they were too wide for my somewhat narrow feet so I had to return them.

I have ordered 3 pair of slippers and had to return all of them.
I have a worn out pair I love, that were perfect size10 and perfect width. What do I have to do to get another pair that I can actually keep on my feet? All shoe size 10 gals do not have wide feet!

Great looking slippers but way too wide and big. I went up the suggested half size and hoped I would get used to the roominess but I haven't. I got a pair for my daughter-in-law, too, with the same results...way too large!

I received the polar bear scuffs for Christmas. I loved the look. I normally wear a 9 or 10 and received the 9. I could barely get them on. Too short and too tight across the top. Hubby reordered and got me a 10. Still too small! I could wear them barefoot but didn't fit with socks. Sent those back. I had ordered the moose motif in a 10 because we thought we couldn't get the polar bears. Those fit with thick socks with room to spare. They are cute and comfy, but if not a gift way too expensive for slippers. Why is the fit so different?

Got these same slippers about four years ago from my husband at the holiday. I LOVED THEM! They were comfortable and had a great rubber bottom so i could go outside with my pups, walk in the yard - no problems. However, when i bought a new pair for Christmas in 2019, the upper part of the slipper is the same. That is good. But the bottoms are now a slippery cheaper material. Actually very slippery on hard wood floors. They do not have the grip the older ones had. Very disappointed that they were downgraded. Now, these slippers are much like any others off the shelves. Sorry LL Bean, this change was not for the better.

Expensive. Not the most comfortable slippers.

I desperately wanted to love these slippers but alas - The 7's were too big and the 6's too small. Returning twice is a major hassle, half sizes would have fixed the issue, especially since they are so shoe-like with the molded bottom.
And I hate that LL Bean, which used to have the best and most reasonable return policy, is now charging $6.50 for shipping unless you carry their credit card.

I wanted to like these slippers, but the fit was just off. I ordered my usual size 7, but my feet moved around too much in the slipper & I felt as though they would very easily pose a trip or slip hazard. Even with my toes curled slightly to try and strengthen the grip, the slippers remained loose & I'll fitting. I was also kind of disappointed with the look & quality. . . but I wouldn't describe them as "poor" quality, just not as good as anticipated.

Minus one star for the opening stretching out and the not so much non-slipping sole. Minus a second star because these slippers attrack every dog and cat hair and every speck of lint and dust. And they don't want to let go. Might be okay if your house is pristine.

I got the items quite a bit later than expected; however, I was more displeased with the color. I ordered the Red and the color isn't as vibrant as it looks in the picture. It is super comfortable, although a little too wide, but that's ok.

I want to love these slippers but they seem a bit too short in length and not quite as wide as I would like. I wish they came in half sizes. Also, they are very stiff and do not seem to be softening with use. They were pricey and I am disappointed.

My wife wears a size 6.5. The instructions for half sizes are to order up to the next size. I ordered a size 7 and they were way too big - at least a full size. Too bad, they looked nice enough. I had to send them back.

These slippers were warm and cute BUT anyone with hammertoes take heed!!! There is a hard, possibly cardboard lining over the toes. I have hammertoes and after wearing the slippers for a few days I was in pain because the hammertoes were so irritated. I though 'oh no I'm out $70 for a pair of slippers" but I called LL Bean & they let me return them for a refund which was truly awesome.
