Great pair of shoes to wear in the house. They are warm and comfortable with no break in time. Just a bit wide and long. I would size down by 1/2.

Sadly, i had to return the scuffs as I wear a 4A width shoe and these are too wide. I liked them otherwise and wish I could have kept them.

These are amazing slippers but I cannot give it 5 stars because they are simply too big. I am one of those that truly wears a 7 1/2 so my feet slide a little in them when I walk and feel quite loose on my foot. I didn't want my toes to hit so I didn't go a size down but love that my feet are always warm. They are well made and love the rubber bottoms so I can run outside if needed.

I need my feet supported at all times and these are great! I can even wear my inserts with them. I only gave 4 stars because after about 17 months one developed a hole where the upper meets the sole. With the new rules I can't exchange so I've worn them as long as I can, I also love the old owl color and they don't have that one anymore. Now that the other one has developed a tear, I'm looking to replace with the same slipper.

Very comfortable slipper, but a bit too large. I wear a 9 1/2, but ordered a10 because the slipper doesn't come in half sizes.

Nice and warm toes. Wish it was a full heel slipper rather than a scuff, but that's just my preference. The high arch bugged me, but I pulled it apart and peeled it out and now it's fine. So just be aware there is an arch.

I love these slippers. This is the second pair I've had and only because my dog decided to make one her chew toy. She has good taste in slippers too. They're really comfortable, made from quality materials and keep my feet nice and toasty. My only concern is the pilling of the wool along the inside of the heel. My last pair didn't do that so I'm concerned maybe these aren't of the same quality. Other than that, they're worth the money, comfortable, well fitting, unique and great for dog lovers like me.

I ordered the red butterfly design. I normally wear an 8 1/2 consistently across various brands. After reading the reviews, etc., I ordered size 9. Even so, with the thick socks I wear in the evenings, they were almost too tight. Without socks, they fit perfectly. The design and construction are great, but if I were going to order another pair in the same design/color, I would order size 10. I've always had cold feet and hands and wear thick wool socks to sleep in. I live in Texas, but I keep the A/C set to 69 at night because I like to sleep "cold" and electricity is comparatively inexpensive at night. So if you sometimes wear an 8 1/2 and sometimes a 9 AND you wear thick socks to sleep in, you might want to order the red butterfly style in 10. I make a point of saying which design I bought because there seems to be some variation in sizing depending on the design.

I was looking for a slipper that had a softer upper. It's a little stiff for me and didn't seem like it would loosen up any. Love LLBean though.

This is a very good quality slipper. Among the things I like about it are its comfort and appearance. In addition, its flexible but waterproof sole is a big plus. I would definitely purchase again.

Love them. Got a pair two years ago and they have seen better days. So it was time to invest in a new pair.

I thought the scuffs were lovely. I really had hopes they would meet my need. Unfortunately I had to send them back. They were just a bit too short so my toes were cramped and were too much too wide at the heal. I'm sorry I didn't get to keep them. I had been excited about them when I placed the order.

Like the sun motif a lot! A nice change from the animals. These aren't nearly as warm as the wicked slippers but they're a good spring/fall slipper.

I wanted to love them same as the pair of LL Bean scuffs with the blue/aqua Native American design that I got for Christmas a year ago. I love their softness and they are incredible comfortable. I practically live in them. I would love another identical pair. I went back to them after trying these new ones for a couple of weeks. The problem with the new scuffs is that they feel stiff or hard, not comfortable. And they flop on my feet somewhat. I know I'll wear them at some point maybe with getting used to them, they'll be ok at some point.

I really like the slippers; however my regular size is 8.5 and I ordered the 9. It is a little big on me. I should have listened to the previous reviewers who pointed out that the slipper ran large. For walking I slip on socks with the slippers which is a good look. For lounging, I just wear the slippers without socks. One good feature is that you will not over heat with these slippers.

I bought the Daybreak scuffs with the Santa hat retriever in 2 sizes so I could try both since some said they run large, and I'm actually an 8.5. The 8 was too small, and the 9 seems true for a 9, so I kept that and returned the 8 to the store in MOA. Would have been easier if they carried them in store so tryons could be done , but the clerk said that they sell out so fast that it was decided to only offer online. I'm glad I purchased. Comfortable and cute, but not as comfy as my old moc faves from Bean that have holes in the soles.

Even though these are great comfy slippers, with the great solid soles, they're good for outside walking the pups too! I wear an 8 1/2, had to order a 9 since no half sizes, they run big, but with thick socks it's much better.

Wonderful slippers although it would be nice if there were a better more thorough way to clean them.

I have had these slippers about a month and the embroidery is already starting to detach by curling up and it creates a lot of fuzzies on the shoe. I have worn these slippers for years and was a little disappointed in the quality. The fit is much better than my previous pair. They used to be very wide but now the width is just right. I bought the sun/moon design. Would have preferred something different but they sell out so quick.

I ordered the scuffs with the sun motif. These shoes are beautiful and comfortable--perfect for curling up by the fire or dashing out to buy more cocoa. Fleece lined, they're warm and cozy and comfy, with good arch support given their purpose. However, the sizing is somewhat off. I normally wear medium width, but even when i wear thick socks with these shoes, they still feel a little too wide. On the other hand, this makes them easy to slip in and out of--they are, after all, a cross between a shoe (a low clog) and a slipper. If you're a half-size, definitely order "up" to the next size. Also, the toe box is very low; however, the fabric of the upper part of these shoes seems to have some "give" in it and I anticipate the "uppers" stretching a bit over time. In short: Beautiful, warm, comfortable--but you likely won't want to take a *long* walk in them.

Overall, I do love these. They definitely do what I expected, keep me warm and serve as my house shoe. The downsides are that they do run a tad large and wide and there is no way to keep the insides clean. It would be great if they had a removable insole that could be at least hand washed. I would definitely buy these again, possibly in the next size down.

These slippers look fine. They are the red ones with the grey cat. Since the are to be a Christmas gift, the intended recipient hasn't seen them yet so I can't comment on how well they fit. She is a cat lover and I think she will also love the slippers.

My husband gave me the red slippers with charcoal cats and i am quite happy with them! The sole is sturdy. To me, the lining resembles terry cloth. The cushioning is good, but not overly cushy. I generally wear a 7.5 shoe, and, if half sizes had been available I would have chosen 7.5. Since only whole sizes are offered, the 8 was the best choice- especially since I wear heavy socks in the winter. I would say that these are true-to-size. My feet are medium width...maybe a bit wider than medium some times. If you are a half size, have narrow feet, and dont wear heavy socks then you may want to size down a half ....hard to say. I like the style, they are very comfortable and I am happy with my choice!
