Very nice looking. Quite wide will sure wear them a long time. Width is a problem to go outside . . .Afraid. May cause falling. Wear them with Sox always but still sloppy fit.

I ordered size 9, like I did a couple of years ago--and had to send them back for size 8! Otherwise, warm and comfy like I expected.

Depending on the brand and type of shoe, I can wear anything from a 7.5 to a 9. Based on reviews and an older pair of LL Bean Scuffs that have, I ordered a size 8. These were just way too large on me in both width and length. Even with socks I still had too much room. I think a size 7 might be a bit too small so just returned them. Too bad, not for me.

I wanted a pair of sturdy slippers I could wear outside. These seem like they won't soak up the morning dew. After reading one of the reviews, I ordered a size 8 (I usually wear a size 8 sneaker, 71/2 shoe). It was way to big!!! so I sent it back for the 7 and they are just fine, plenty of room for thick socks. Returns were easy and were free since I used my Bean card.

I love these warm slippers. They are more sturdy and functional than cozy. They add a half inch to my height, which I like. The slipper itself has real structure. The bottoms can handle a few light trips outdoors (grab the mail, bring in the trash cans). I like a roomy toe box, and these are great. The tops of my feet feel itchy if I wear the slippers without socks, but my feet are big all around and I don't mind the socks. Worth the investment.

I have searched for a long time for an all-wool slipper with a sturdy indoor/outdoor sole, that wasn't over-the-top expensive and this one won. They are pretty, comfortable, and sturdy. They'll be great for 3 seasons in New York! The one disappointing thing is that the wool insole is merely a thin piece of wool fabric over a removable foam insole. I was hoping the entire slipper, other than the rubber sole, was solid construction made of wool. I worry the thin piece of wool fabric on the foam insole will not last long. It seems it would wear through or become detached pretty easily.

I just ordered my second pair of these slippers as they are so comfortable. I noticed in other reviews about them falling apart. My experience with my first pair (which I am still wearing) was that the blue felt like material did wear off at the heel but it didn't change how they fit and the heel covers it up. I suffered with Plantar Fasciitis for a while and these slippers were about the only shoe I could wear so I wore them a lot, including outdoors. The picture I have included shows the worn area but keep in mind I have worn these slippers daily for approximately 10 months and it's about time to wear the new ones I just ordered and received.

very comfortable, and stylish - you could wear them out if town as a casual shoe if you wanted. The only thing i am unhappy with, is there needs to be some type of a vent. These slippers get VERY warm and can cause your feet to sweat.

I am very happy with these clogs. I only wear them inside during winter and chilly days although they can be worn outdoors. I purchased the brown, 10 med and normally wear a 9-9-1/2 med. in the winter I wear 2 pairs of socks, a light pair and then a med weight Smart Wool pair over them. With the clogs being wool my feet are warm and don't sweat and the toe room is perfect. If I wore one pair of light socks I probably could squeak by with a 9-1/2 but these don't come in half sizes. Overall a good purchase and am very satisfied.

I've had LLBean slippers before, but these were the first that actually hurt my slightly wide feet. Though the slippers seemed wide enough at first, the insole seemed shaped for a narrower foot, so it hit my bunion areas wrong. I was so disappointed, because they are awesome, otherwise. Please make wide slippers!

I ordered these to replace my Wicked Good Slippers because of some foot issues. They offer more support than a regular slipper and are extremely warm. Match that with easy on and off and these are a great solution.

I have been wearing these slippers for a little over a year now and overall they are comfortable, good for indoor and outdoor wear (in decent weather), and in quite good condition still. The only problem I have is the removable insole. I have worn the wool layer off much of the insoles and now the foam underneath is exposed and sticks to my feet. Considering this is a completely separate and removable part, I am very surprised they don't offer new insoles for purchase or for replacement for customers with problems with them like me. It would be a very simple solution for a slipper that I don't want to discard but that is growing increasingly uncomfortable due to the sticking and increased sweating from contact with the foam. So, great slipper, but it loses points due to lack of foresight regarding this insole. Now I will have to come up with an alternative or replace the whole shoe.

Love the slipper. Wear it as a shoe also. So warm. Wore to a parade in 20 degree weather and feet were toasty. Would be even better if they came in half sizes. Great product.

Really love these slippers. The last pair I had lasted about 15 years.. no kidding. These are durable slippers. Great to have on when you need to run outdoors. I wear shoe size 91/2 or 10 - depends on shoe. I had to exchange the size 10 in these for a 9. The 9's fit great. I do find them heavy & wish they were a lighter weight. But love them nevertheless.

The quality of the slippers is excellent. However, because I had to size up a half size, my foot was a little lost in the slipper. The remedy was to buy a pair of fleece insoles. Not only did they serve to tighten the slipper, but they made my feet much more cozy. The size issue was the only reason for 4 and not 5 stars.

I wear an eight and ordered a seven after reading reviews. I kept the seven but could wear a 61/2. Not sure if they are even sold with half sizes. I wear with heavy socks. I use them as house shoes and the support and comfort are great. Just be sure to size down. I have had many pair of LLBean slipper clogs and have never need to size down before.

I love the form and feel of these slippers. I can and do live in them, when I'm home. But they started to show signs of wear after only a couple of months. First, everywhere around the inside edges, the wool rubbed off and was altogether gone in three months. Then the flocking on the insoles wore away, so I was walking on bare plastic. Replaced the insoles with something from Dr Scholl's, which is much MUCH more durable. (But I don't think I should have to buy a $14 insole for a ~$70 slipper.) Now, less than two years after my original purchase, the outer wool is pulling away, and the white liner on which it is applied is showing through big time in one spot, and is within a toucher on three or four others. These slippers are definitely looking extremely scruffy. I'd be embarrassed to pack them for wearing while visiting friends. But they do still work and there are no actual through-and-through holes yet. On the plus side, the arch support is fantastic; I don't know of any other slipper that comes even close. And in spite of the many miles I've put on these, and my tendency to drag my heels, there's very little wear on the sole. That sole is tough as nails. Two stars is fair for upper materials, and an enthusiastic five for comfort and health for my feet. The latter is my most important consideration, so I rate these slippers overall at 4 stars. But next time I shop for slippers at Bean's, I'd be looking for the same sole, with some different kind of top. The top starts to pill *way* too early, and gives out too early too.

This clog was just what I was looking for. Read from other review that it ran wide. I wear 8-1/2W. Size 8 was a little crowed at the toes. Returned for a 9 and that was too long. I wanted these to fit but sometimes you can't always get what you want.

A good inch too long & very wide in the front. I may go to your retail store to try them on my foot. I don't have narrow feet.

Don't like them as much as the Keene shoes I owned previously. It seems as though my feet sweat in them. Soles a bit rigid.

Just received my wool slippers. Note that they run wide, and large. But they sure are cozy. Wish they came in a Women's size 5, but size 6 is the smallest it seems. I like the foot support on these. Not too supportive - just right. Even though they are too big, I am likely going to keep them and wear with heavier socks for our windy, snowy Chicago winters!

I was looking for something to keep my feet warm during Montana winters while providing more support than a slipper. These fill the bill. I have owned Stegman clogs, and if you are looking for something that can go from the house to the grocery store, these probably aren't for you. They are definitely supportive, but have a bit of a spongey feel, not stiff like Stegmans. They are comfortable, but again, they are really intended to be worn inside. Some reviewers said the opening was tight. I have very high arches and did not find them tight. The opening has stretched a bit in the two months I've been wearing them, but with a thick pair of socks they are fine. The roomy toe box also allows for thick socks. They do run large. I am usually a 9 and could stand to go down a half size, but half sizes aren't offered. For the price, and knowing that I would be using these inside most of the time, I am happy with them.

They are not only comfortable but warm for Wisconsin winter weather. Can't really wear them in snow as it wouldn't be safe on icey snow. A little short and have to fit my heel in the shoe but it works.

I had a pair of these back in the '90s. They fit so well and were so comfortable that I wore them to work occasionally, but I primarily used them as house slippers. After about 10 years I wore the uppers out (big toes went through them), and ordered a different type of clog from Bean. They too were comfy and I thought I'd have them forever, but the sole began cracking and falling apart on one after about 8 years (I'll be returning them as they were still in excellent shape otherwise. They are no longer available to purchase). So I'm back to these. I wear a 8 1/2 to 9 shoe so ordered the size 9. They are VERY roomy and a bit sloppy to wear, but are also nice and warm and the footbed is very supportive. Having suffered from Morton's neuroma and plantar fasciitis in the past, I am careful to get shoes with wide toe boxes and plenty of support. I bought these only to use as house slippers when I am wearing fairly thick socks so these will be fine.
