I'm in love with these wool clogs! Having lived in Europe for many years, I have become accustomed to wearing German [brand beginning with S] wool clogs with a cork sole. When my last pair was eaten by the puppy... I couldn't bring myself to buy another pricey pair and risk the same shoe fate. I had a LL Bean gift card left over from Christmas, so I used it to try these clogs. I'm so glad I did. These are EXCELLENT quality - the same or even slightly better than the German shoes. They are so very comfortable - the feel like a cloud when I put them on. They have slightly padded inserts covered in wool felt, which gives you a cushy feel, while the cork conforms to the contours of your feet and provides support. I have plantar fascitis and a heel spur from exercising. When I wear these, I feel no pain. The soles are sturdy and seem to be relatively non-skid. These are a winner!

Love them I wish they came in 1/2 sizes 7 was to small 8 was to big.

OMGoodness - I can't say enough about these clogs :-) When they arrived, I thought the right one was a little tight across the top (Rt foot 7; Lft foot 6.5.) But since they're wool, I knew they'd stretch out a bit, and they did within about 1 week of daily wear. I bought them to use exclusively in the house as slippers, but TWICE I realized (pre-COVID19) I was at work or in a store with them on! They are THAT COMFORTABLE. They're also very warm; I wear them with light cotton sox so my feet don't sweat. The workmanship is top notch and I'm sure they'll last a long time - no matter where or how long you wear them. I bought the attractive gray, but plan on getting a black pair to wear "outside." Thank you so much and All Hail the Bean!! :-P

Comfy, warm, well made- love them. I wear size 8 1/2 shoe- these in size 9 fit well with warm socks

I was having trouble with my foot because I had been wearing slippers with no arch support. These boiled wool clogs are extremely comfortable. The fit in the insole has improved over time and my foot no longer has any issues!! Very comfortable and highly recommended.

I love these and not sure why they are called a slipper clog. I wear them all the time inside the house and will be wearing them outside once the snow has melted. They are so comfortable and fit perfectly. Love the clog style as it is so easy to slip on and off. My mother who will so be 91 wears hers all the time too, loving the comfort and the fact they wear so well has been purchasing these for a long time. Thanks LL Bean for another great product!

I have plantar fasciitis and saw a reviewer who mentioned these helped. They do! They are very cozy, easy to wear and SO warm. I wear them in the house mostly or to do a quick errand. They are a great recovery shoe after running. I am a 7.5 shoe size and ordered a 7. They were too short. I hate the feeling of my toe touching. I also like to wear socks with the shoe. I ordered the 8 and they are perfect for me - maybe a little big. I like my foot inside the ribbon on the back end of the clog versus hanging to the end of it. Personal preference.

I have been purchasing these wool shoes for about 25 years and I love them just as much as I did then! They are the warmest and most comfortable shoes ever! I love them for in the house and I love going out running errands or to friends homes with them! My shoe size is 7.5 so I have to order an 8 since they only come in whole sizes but I love the little bit of extra room. The only negative is the inside is made of some sort of felt and even on the first day of getting these, they began to wear out and pieces of the felt would go onto my floor around my house. So the blue felt on the inside has a worn hole in it. I don't remember this same material inside the shoes 25 years ago so not sure if LLBean changed that or not. But, aside from that I will keep ordering these! Wish they would sometimes go on sale though!

I have used these for years. My old pair was wearing out so I ordered some new ones. Just as good as the old ones.

Having tried several brands and styles of felt clogs over the years, I like the construction, fit, and appearance of these clogs better than any of the rest. The one thing that concerns me is that some reviewers have commented that the lining is vulnerable to wearing quickly. I will write again after I've worn this pair for several months and let you know how they are holding up. In the meantime, I love them!

I love these! I would not recommend wearing in the rain or if the ground is wet, but otherwise, they are quite warm and comfortable. Wish they came in some other colors like burgundy, or cream.

I wish these came in half sizes. The size up is a little too roomy. The full size is a bit too long and I have stubbed my toe several times. I'm slowly adjusting to the added length. All this is worth it because they are soooo comfortable. I have a bad back and need the extra cushion. Wish they made day shoes with this sole. Added bonus, they are quiet when I walk.

They are my go to shoes. We are having a very mild winter here in Michigan this year, so I've been just throwing these on when running quick errands around town.

I have purchased this slipper every year for the past 3 years. I wear them CONSTANTLY when at home, winter and summer. Very comfortable and gives me the foot support needed. Will order another pair (because I wear them out from so much wear) next year. Great to wear outside in fair weather, too.

I bought these slippers for my daughter. She is very picky about shoes/clothes, and she told me they are the best slippers she has ever owned, which makes me very happy.

These are my go to after a very busy day as a visiting nurse. I am spolied by these.

Love these. They are definitely big. Based on reading reviews I ordered half a size smaller than I normally would and they fit perfectly. (Normally I'm a 7.5 in shoes, 8 in boots, so I ordered a size 7 and they are perfect, even with socks.)
