I bought these on a whim because they were on sale and looked soft and the blue was a cute color. I normally do not wear open back shoes or slippers but thought- try these. They arrived just before Christmas when my company had borrowed my wicked good slippers. Have found these to be very supportive and make me walk really well. Absolutely no issues with the open back, in fact, I find them warm and comfy. These are now my everyday slippers!

Just pulled these slippers out of the box last night. Slid them on and threw away my old ones. They are soft and warm without making my feet sweat. Very sturdy bottom. I foresee them lasting for years. A great purchase.

I bought a pair of these slippers in Black Cherry and they are the best slippers ever. They are comfortable and soft. I normally take about a 10.5 and got a 10 and they fit perfectly. I love how soft the shearing is inside.

I absolutely love these slippers. They are very warm, comfortable, and functional, I wear them all around my house. I will definitely buy again. I wear a size 9 1/2 to 10, I bought size 10 and they fit perfect.

I purchased these slippers a few years ago and the side of one of the slippers started to get a small whole. I called LL Bean and they told me to send the slippers back and they would send me a new pair. I really could not believe that because I told them I have worn them everyday for a few years and if I could just get it fixed? they told me again send the slippers back and they will replace them. I love these slippers so much, I would have ordered another pair but now I'm in love with LL Bean. The slippers are worth every penny. Thank you, Claudia

I ordered a size 9M which is what I wear and it was a perfect fit. Love the pretty color and they are warm and comfortable. I like being able to wear them out on the porch or deck. They loosened up quickly and I wear them all the time and they still look brand new. Buy a pair - you won't be sorry!

I have owned these slippers for 9 months and they are still as soft, comfortable and sturdy as the first time I slipped them on. I think it will be impossible to wear out the soles. I wear them outside as much as inside and they still look as good as new. They are worth every penny.

I've had these for about a year, and they're my favorite article of footwear I own. They are tight at first, but soon will break in. Fortunately, when the shearling flattens, it says fluffy and doesn't mat. These are the most cosy, comfy slippers. The sole is HARD, like a shoe. These could be worn outside as shoes, no problem. Some people seem to like that more than others. Personally, I really like it. I find these fit true to size, too. I'm a 6-6 1/2, so I purchased a six, and they fit perfectly. I also love that the colors displayed are true to what you really get. I hope they never stop making these, and I might even buy another pair for a backup, since there is nothing like ending the ski day by sliding my feet into these.

Just got my slippers today. They fit perfectly & I know once the cool weather comes I'll be living in them. My size is 6 1/2 & I took the advice of other reviewers who said they ran large & ordered a 6.

I am overall pleased with the woman's slipper selection from LLBean. I received the moccasins as a gift several years ago and while they're not the "prettiest" they sure are comfy and warm! I wore them daily and even took them "on the go," It's safe to say I LIVED in them! (THEN the dog decided he loved them too and chewed 'em up! GRR!) I ordered the hearthside style next, thinking these are "cuter" than the moccasins and they weren't on back order either (like the moccasins were)...the hearthside slipper arrived at my door and I just couldn't get use to the fit, not comfy at all! I returned those and tried THESE babies,,,the "wicked good slides" and gave them 24 hours to "break in"....I didn't need more than a couple hours... I am VERY satisfied!! I ordered the brown color and am happy with the "low profile/wear everyday color" I am usually a size 7, but after reading several reviews I gathered they run a little large...so I ordered a 6 and am happy I did so. The one thing I still need to get used too is the lift in the slipper, I am not use to the sole and have tripped a couple times on not picking up my foot. ;-) It's a durable/wear outdoor sole if necessary. I am expecting baby number 2 in a few short weeks and I will most certainly be packing these for my hospital visit. Thank you, LLBean on delivering another fine product!

I wanted the sherling slides for a couple of reasons...i knew the sherling would be tight in the beginning and i thought having the slide would allow me to get in and out easily...they are a good fit, very comfortable, and warm...i am enjoying them

What a great color - it goes with 2 different green robes I have. I've tried other green slippers but the colors always fought with each other. The Wicked Warm slippers are great. Real shearling means your feet stay warm but don't get overheated like synthetic furs tend to do. So glad they have pretty colors now. Out of the box the slippers feel a little snug - but I'm not worried. Once I've worn them a bit I'm sure my feet will slide right in.

These slippers are amazingly soft, cozy and comfortable! I had originally ordered my usual shoe size 8, but they were enormous, and I exchanged them for a 7, which fit perfectly. The green color is unique and gorgeous, and they truly feel luxurious on. At first, I was concerned because they squeaked when I walked on a hard floor, but that resolved after just a couple of days. I couldn't be happier with my new purchase!

Got these slippers in the turquoise & love the color!! Wear a 6.5 narrow, so was a bit concerned when told to order a 7. They did feel,a bit clunky at first, but tried them with socks, and they feel so comfy & warm--love them!!

I was in awe at the quality of the slippers! They are very well constructed. The materials are high quality. The fur is luxurious. They keep my feet warm but not overheated. Moccasins make my feet too hot.

These are wonderful, sturdy, soft & cuddly slippers. Quality-made, very pretty (I love the turquoise color), and filled to overflowing with the softest of shearling liner. They are extremely warm and comfortable - just what I was wanting! The footbed is a bit rigid; however, I wanted the hard-sole so that I could walk outside with the dog in the mornings/get the paper, etc. *Please note - they DO run large - by a whole size, so order up.

These slippers are so comfortable and so warm and so durable. I always tend to go for the pinks and purples; but the other colors are good also.

I'm SOOOO happy with these slippers. I bought the eggplant colored ones, and love the color and love the fit and fabulous, snug feel. Before these, I had the big-name brand, which I loved too. But they wore out and I decided to try these. From now one, it's LL Bean's slipper I'll be getting!

These are true to size, incredibly comfy, and have a durable sole so quick trips outside are possible without scuffing or damage.

These are great. I should have started with these and not ordered the other hearthside slippers. I love the fact that you just slide your foot in. I do not have to worry about the back rubbing on my heels. Just perfect!!

These slippers are so warm, I almost don't need to wear socks with them. As other reviewers stated, the soles are a bit stiff at first for slippers, but I quickly adjusted to this. I can wear them out to get the mail so they do well even outside because of sturdy sole. I have worn through several pairs of slippers including another pair of cheaper LLBean slippers. I can tell these will last me much longer because of the thicker sole. I would definitely recommend these slippers!

These slippers are great. They fit well, keep your feet warm and are an attractive piece of footwear. I am sure they will wear well as they are well made---hey, they're made by LLBean. That's all you need to know!!!!! I have another pair of these slippers which I have worn for the past 5 years and they are not showing any wear or tear at all. Highly recommend them. You won't be disappointed.

These are my favorite slippers of all time--at an amazing price! I hope LL Bean never changes the style and quality. They are warm and cozy but not too hot. I'm a size 11 and they fit perfectly. The sole is great for scampering outdoors in rain or snow.

I bought the Women's Wicked Good Shearling-Lined Slides. I just love them. I did go to the store to try them on to get a sure fit. I typically take a 9-1/2; I bought a size 9 and they fit wonderfully. Even though the price is a little steep, I have high hopes that these slippers will last for a very long time. I would recommend to anyone who wants to treat themselves to an excellent pair of warm and sturdy slippers to purchase these.
