I didn't even try them on. I opened the box, saw that one shoe had the standard white tissue stuffing, took it out and found dog hair inside the shoe. Then I saw that the other shoe wasn't properly packaged with the standard white tissue stuffing at all, and also had dog hair inside of it. So it appears someone bought these before me, tried them on inside their house with dirty socks and a hairy floor, and deposited their gunk into these shoes, then returned them. I've bought various items from Zappos throughout the years and now they're last on my list for shoes. They need some quality control if they're going to accept 'used' items and not repackage them for the next customer. Yuck.

The most comfortable, cutest pair of sneakers I have found in a long time! Ecco makes such good quality shoes!

The tie box was. A teeny bit short and too narrow! My toes felt a little claustrophobic! Lol! I’m usually a 10 in most things , I have purchased Ecco before and 10 was perfect! I dunno, maybe my feet are changing as I get older!:/

Love these shoes. Fit is great and true to size. Ecco is one of my go to brands for comfort and quality.

I love the ecco soft 7’s….But these NOT good at all! They have a higher piece up the Achilles and it absolutely ruins the whole fit of the shoe! Additionally, there is something weird going on with the front of the shoe at the normal flex point, pinches & is not comfortable. ECCO…don’t let us down.

These are adorable and I absolutely love them. The white leather is the tiniest bit crinkly in spots, the neutral nubuck looks great, and the black accent on the back adds a little different pop. I have a number of styles from the Soft 7 Ecco line, and these have the same sole, but the tops aren't quite as miraculously comfortable as my "Soft 7 Stitch" sneakers (which I have in black and in white) or the "Soft 7 Zip Bootie" sneaker. They are just a smidge more stiff on top and they hit slightly higher all around the ankle. Regardless, I wore them walking around for about four hours straight out of the box. I think they look fantastic and can be worn with literally anything!

I love these shoes. They were a little tight at first, but after a couple of wears they feel great.

Super comfy right out of the box, fits great (a bit smaller than other ecco sneakers i've purchased), they look hip and a bit sporty, but still streamlined and not super bulky.

They fit according to sizing! I don't think they are support my arch as my original pairs. But still good.

I am a a size 7. In my three other ECCO shoes, I wear the size 37, which indicates sizes 6, 6.5. Knowing this, I ordered these sneakers in a size 37. Felt too snug. Returned them for a size 38. Perfect. Guessing the style of sneaker is the difference in the size I usually buy? Very happy with the style and comfort. thanks, Zappos for making returns painless.

This is a good looking shoe and seems well made. I found it wasn’t cushioned enough for me with the insert it comes with. I tried to use my orthotics and that didn’t work at all. The toe box isn’t very high. I wanted this sneaker to work.

(White / Black) Really disappointed! I am a true 39 Medium with a narrow heel, but for some reason ECCO is changing their sizes and in these I needed a 40 and they were definitely narrow in the toe box. I don't have bunions but could feel these rubbing against that joint where a bunion would be. Made me think if I chanced wearing these they'd give me bunions. No thank you. The White is NOT white, instead it is a pretty pearlized dove grey. But not white. At all. I wasn't a fan of the different materials either, made it look greyer. I really want a pair of high quality white sneaks which look like Stan Smiths (but obviously those are poor quality, why I'm not getting them). Any tips?
