Very cute flats. My heels are narrow so I had to get them a bit short to keep them on. Wish Vionic made more narrow sizes in their women's shoes.

I'm a runner and my feet have finally taken enough abuse that I can no longer wear cheap flats that don't have any support. I felt a difference within the first day of wearing these shoes! They did feel a little big, I am usually an 8.5 in flats, which is what I ordered. Not big enough to return, but I did buy inserts so that the shoes didn't rub my heels so much. I wouldn't say these shoes are comfortable enough to walk around the city all day, but I get up from my desk several times an hour during the work day and they have been great at the office. They are a little boring, but if you need arch support, they are a decent pair of black flats.

I only by Vionic shoes if they come in wide width. Regular width just doesn't work for me. I ordered this in a 10 wide (my typical size) but it was actually too long! Really weird my heal slipped out of the back. I returned these. I thought about ordering a 9.5 wide but I really think it will be too small.

I bought. These shoes because I loved the color! I wore them several times and they felt fine. Recently I wore them without hosiery and despite putting powder in them I got blisters on my heels. Lesson learned.

I did not think I could find a flat that would offer good arch support. This style does just that. I do wear a thin foot covering with it though because that is my preference but I think you could wear it barefoot if you wanted too. Love this style.

I am a strange foot size. In a perfect world, I would be a 10 1/4. I usually order a size 10 and deal with them being a bit tight. I read the reviews that this shoe runs large, so I thought the size 10 would be perfect. It was too big. I returned them for a 9 1/2 and was thrilled with the fit. It has great arch support and cushioning. I usually can't wear flats because I need the arch support. This shoe seems perfect.

The Minna shoe was my introduction to Vionic and I've already repurchased this in black a couple of times. My main gripe is that the metal bits at the end of the bow wear away the material in a 'snow angel' fashion which results in the shoe looking somewhat scuffed and less professional. I really wish they would make a version without the metal bits - it would be perfect.

Great flat with support you expect from vionic. Felt a full size too long so had to return.

The style is simple and basic but the comfort can't be beat. I wear a size 11, have minor/small bunions and experience major metatarsal pain so I need to be able to add a bit of padding under the ball of my foot. I have these in navy and black and wear them to the office with dresses and dress pants. They are a bit more plain than I usually like, but they are cute enough, the foot bed is so comfortable, and they don't cut into the top of my foot and that is more important to me at work! I will continue to stalk Vionic on Zappos to catch every new style they release. Finally, shoes that don't hurt.

I have these EXACT shoes in a different color combination and they are THE MOST COMFORTABLE SHOE EVER! I ordered this twice in the same size and it's too big?? I tried to order the same size down an it was sold out. Bummer!

Loved the style which looks much more attractive than similar style from a few years ago as it doesn’t look orthotic probably because the fit is completely different. The forefoot seems the same width as the heel and the arch support is barely there. This brand has changed dramatically! Beware.

Very cute shoe. Unfortunately, it was too tight on my bunion. I need to keep looking for a new flat.

This was my first pair of Vionic shoes. Super comfortable and really cute but the leatherWore out super fast. One of the bows fell off within 3 weeks. The vinyl on the toe peeled. I'm on my feet at work 10 hours a day but they should've lasted longer than that. Too expensive to have to replace after 6 months due to cosmetic issues

I loved these shoes - but while the W width was great for my foot, my narrow heel would not stay in the shoe. I even bought an insert, hoping that I could keep them, but no luck.

I love these shoes and wear them almost every day but am so diaappdisapp in how fast the leather has worn. I would buy more pairs if they were more affordable because they are so cute new.

I have a myriad of foot issue but I love the look of a ballet flat with cropped or ankle-length pants. These shoes provide good support through the heel moderate arch support and are generally comfortably. I wish there was more cushion or support under the ball of my foot but for a ballet flat this is a really good option.

This was the first pair of Vionic's that I purchased - bought them in a local store vs. online. My experience and comfort level experienced with these flats are what convinced me to seek out additional styles of Vionic shoes...and I've never looked back. Although these run a bit wide and loose they are still very comfortable and my feet have stopped their suffering (ie flat feet and bunion challenges.) Highly recommend!

Always wear a 9.5, and N if I can find it. Tried this first in that size and it was way too big. Sent it back for a 9. It is still too big. Not even sure if an 8.5 is gonna work. This is crazy! Giving up!

These shoes are overall cute and have good arch support. However, they are not flexible, which sometimes makes them uncomfortable to walk in for long periods -- this makes them a bit clunky.

Great shoe, great arch support. It’s an expensive shoe but it’s because you’re paying for a quality orthotic and firm soled shoe. It doesn’t make my feet hurt after 8 hour work days on my feet. The only thing is that the insert is part foam and gets really smelly if you have sweaty feet. I’m trying to wash them with soap and water.

It's hard to say since the pair that arrived didn't fit me. I usually wear a 10W (sometimes an 11W since pregnancy, but it really depends on the brand/shoe). I got these in a 10W (which I ordered for other Vionics and they fit perfectly), but they felt really tight and my toes hit the front. Normally I'd exchange them for a larger size if this happened, but the style didn't match the price for me. I only recently tried Vionics and got a really attractive pair of sandals that were absolutely worth the higher price point - between the support, the comfort, and the style, I was happy to pay that much. But for these, they just looked to me like any pair of black flats from Payless, and just didn't LOOK like they could cost that much. I returned them and won't repurchase/exchange. They did seem like they'd be comfy if they fit, though.

shoe was very loose in the heel & tight in the toe box. If I went down a size they would not fit my forefoot.
