I got these to wear to the gym for when I lift. I love the colors. The only issue is that the tongue slides to the side after wearing for a few minutes.

not enough cushioning in forefoot. sole looked kind of funky, but could have lived with that if the cushioning was better

I normally wear a women's 8.5 W, so I ordered the wide width D, but they were still narrow and cut across the top of my foot. Otherwise they seemed like fine running/walking/exercising shoes. Ended up going with ASICS 8.5 W with a gel insole instead, which are very light and comfortable for long periods of walking.

I loved this shoe out of the box. I’m 40 and just want a decent shoe that doesn’t look like something a kid would wear. I like neutral colors and a clean look. This shoe was a disappointment once on my narrow foot. It just felt clunky. I felt like the Dynamic Pro was also clunky. I was using a neutral New Balance previously so I guess I might be expecting too much out of Ryka. The sole of these is reminiscent of the old school K Swiss lol I was so sad because the shoe actually looks really nice. I can’t imagine using this in a HIIT workout. I am guessing this brand just isn’t for my foot. :(

I wear a size 7 but it was too big and wider than I’d like. Overall I really liked the design and hoped it would work out but I had to return.
