The shoes I purchased didn't at all fit my foot and no way to exchange but return first and repurchase. And I'm WAITING on my refund!!

All shoes run different size . Like the shoes but had to return cuz it fit too small! I'm sad.

These shoes left my heel bloody The seems in the heel are sharp and hard. They are supposed to be comfy Cush not bloody gush..

This is my 3rd pair of Old Skool Vans, and by far the worst! They are so uncomfortable that I can't wear them. I'm extremely disappointed as these have been my go to shoe for years. The toe box is too narrow and they rub on the back of my heals. I've worn them a few times to try to break them in to no avail. I wish I hadn't wasted my money. Makes me very sad!

They were perfect. Until I wore them. Super cute. But after a few days of wearing, the inner platform broke. Felt like crumpled cardboard. So I had to return them.

I returned the product as the size 12 runs really small. The fact that nothing could be done by customer service to assist in an actual exchange was frustrating but that's how this company is run so I guess it's par for the course

Not sure what went wrong with these. I've had ComfyCush classics and wear slips on too. So I got these and really regret it. Literally painful 2 wear

I have been wearing size 10 in Vans classics for many years without issues, and decided to try the Comfycush Old Skool shoes in size 10 as well. The sizing of Comfycush Old Skool is way OFF compared to the classic version of shoes and I am quite disappointed about the purchase. The Comfycush Old Skool in size 10 is much tighter in the toebox and the width is narrower compared to the classic counterparts in size 10. I wore these shoes for a week to try breaking in without much success as the shoes remain extremely uncomfortable and painful to wear for the whole day. Vans should have been more clear about the sizing differences in the website and recommended customers to upsize the Comfycush version. That way, the people that are used to the classic sizing can order the correct size and do not have to waste money and time with the shoes that do not fit comfortably.

I have been wearing size 10 in Vans classic shoes for many years with no issues, and ordered this ComfyCush Old Skool in size 10 as well. The sizing is way off and the ComfyCush version is lot smaller and tighter compared to their classic versions. I thought I could break in the shoes by wearing it for couple days but that did not work out and got stuck with shoes that is uncomfortable and does not fit well. Not sure why Vans can make the sizing more consistent across their lineup.

I bought these a while back, and they were tight out of the box. I thought they would break in, but never did. I can usually buy vans without trying them on. It's as if the threw their sizing chart out the window on these.

The white ones--as I now see others noted in the reviews--are entirely a blue/green tint. They are not white at all. I will be returning these immediately. Super disappointed in Vans as it is clear this issue has been ongoing and they haven't done anything to fix it

I got this pair as a bday present, usually don't like white shoes, I used them 2 times and they starting falling apart from the glue.

I wear these everyday, they have gotten ugly. The bottom part is made of foam, and it shrinks, and has wrinkles. I don't notice a comfort difference. I love Vans, but these are not it.

I loved the shoes however they were too small even though the size was correct, I returned them and be waiting for refund to purchase a bigger size. Shoes are amazing though

Bought these for an out of country trip. Didn't even make it to my destination before the backs of my feet bled onto them from being rubbed raw. Had to throw away and buy different shoes on day 3. Bought a black pair for in store pickup at the same time and have had no issues with those, or any past pairs, but this pair was not good

The fabric part of the shoe has a greenish tint, distinctly a different color from the white sole and Vans logo. Return label was included but there's no way to confirm a return, so your refund is at the mercy of the courier.

Omg these are the worst slip on vans I've ever had. Not sure if mine are messed up but they hurt the top of my feet and cause my toes to go numb..? Definitely not "comfy"

I've worn vans for years, and have always been able to just order my size and forget about it. Just got these today, I couldn't get them in my foot.

The color of the shoe is more brown than, the red it seems to be.

I ordered a 8 1/2 shoe and it did not fit, it was too tight, not a true 8 1/2 I know this because I have 3 pair of sneakers and 13 pair of shoes, and this has never happened, QA on your sizing is required,

I've wore these shoes ONCE and they are already ripping off the soles. I've owned a ton of vans and haven't had an issue this bad!! I know they tend the break away from the soles where they bend but this is way beyond that. So bummed

I love Vans, have been wearing them since I was a kid. There seems to have been a sudden nose dive in the quality of the product as well as the quality of the customer service. I ordered this used to be expedited, not only that then not arrive on time, they were extremely late. Vans fortunately refunded my expedition fee, however it took multiple phone calls and several hours to be able to get ahold of anyone to do this. Furthermore, after wearing the shoe for 2 weeks, the sole is coming off. I have already glued it once but it keeps coming off. I tried to chat with the online customer service but it is not available. The phone number rings and rings. What happened to this company?? This stinks. Fix it!

This has been the most uncomfortable shoe that I have gotten from vans. Maybe it's me but the comfy Cush is terrible

My girlfriend recently bought these shoes for me and within the first 3 or so times wearing them, a hole opened up in the mesh by the toe. Ive had many pairs of older vans that have held up longer than these. I called the store and they told me I was out of luck since it was outside of the timeframe even though I told them i rarely wore them.
