I love the shoes but only wish that the strap (that crosses over the toes) was adjustable. I have very wide feet and the strap across the toes was just uncomfortable. If I could have loosened it a bit, I think that would have solved the problem.

Not for me, The arch was nice and high but, hit me on the wrong spot of my foot which, did not feel comfortable, otherwise I would have loved this shoe.

Wouldn’t know because the shoes were clearly worn before I got them and they were filthy. Come on Zappos, you can do better

?I ordered Skechers Arch Fit Pop Retro Gray/Pink 6 B (M. However, what I received was atrocious. First off, upon opening the package the box reeked of cigarette smoke. Then I saw that the box was torn and damaged in places. I opened the box and the sandals were just haphazardly thrown inside. I knew immediately I did not receive a new, previously unworn pair of sandals that I looked forward to receiving. The velcro from one sandal was stuck to the other and I could see from the insole and outsole of the sandals that they had been previously worn and were discolored and scuffed. And, I might add, it was obvious that they were worn more than once based on the amount of wear and tear on them. You also could plainly see where someone’s foot imprints were left on the inside of the sandals. The underside of the straps were also discolored. To say that the condition of these sandals was gross would be an understatement. Bottom line, it was painfully obvious that they were a returned item that was not carefully inspected by anyone from Zappos when the previous customer returned them and were sent to me at full price! I am sure they were hoping that Zappos would not notice that they had not complied with Zappos’ return policy and, apparently, they were successful in doing so. Frankly, I was disgusted. I do not know how this got past the returns department and then sent out to another customer (me) as “new.” Where is Zappos’ quality control? I would call myself a shoe addict and have ordered many shoes/sandals online and bought as many in stores, and have never received a pair that was in such a disgusting condition. It was unacceptable and I will be wary in the future about doing business with Zappos.
