These took a while to break in. But now that I’ve worn them enough they turn out to be pleasant shoes to wear. Smart and clean enough for many casual situations. And for the steeply discounted (under $40) price I got them for, certainly a steal, given that ugly running shoes cost much more. I wouldn’t wear these for long walks. It’s a flat sole, and the canvas body doesn’t give much support. Laces are flexible so the whole shoe is too flexible on the upper part of the foot to really be very confident for long or tricky terrain. I wouldn’t jump around in these. But for going around in a car in dry clean weather, easy enough.

An off-white canvas. Looks simple and casual. Thick white sole --- perhaps not my favorite style but it'll grow on me. I bought this at a steep discount and it's quite different from other shoes I own. So I think it'll be useful to wear with clean casual outfits.

My foot length is 26.7 cm. I chose size 27 according to the size chart, but they turned out to be 1–1.5 cm too big.

The shoe looks great, but it runs a 1/2 size too big due to the almond toe shape. I wear a Men's 10.5 in 99% of all my shoes, but I had to order a 10 due to the fact they run a 1/2 size large.

I ordered the size 11, but they were at least 1/2 inch too large. The width felt good, but I had to send them back. Unfortunately, they don't have the same shoe in size 10 or 10.5.

Too small

I love the look of this shoe, and I love the cushioning under the ball of my foot. But in sizing this shoe, you should be careful about how pointy the toe-end of the shoes are! One of my feet is slightly bigger than the other, and for that one my big toe is crowded on the side. When you size this shoe for you, you might want to allow for more room from the end of your toes to the end of the shoe than you would normally, just to make sure that side-to-side your toes aren't crowded in this pointy-shaped shoe.

They are a little stiff but good quality and I like Cole Haan shoes.
