I wore them for a week walking around Italy (10km+ per day, hills, etc.). My feet feel awesome and look pretty good too. Would buy again.

So I needed a casual shoe , but with support. I have other loafers but it's painful with low arches. This style is great and padded well. I usually get 10 in loafers abs 10.5 in zero grande, but I accidentally ordered this in 10.5 and it fits fairly well as I'll use low socks with it in florida

The shoe is amazing and comfortable. However, I feel like I have ordered a wrong size on the basis of my Previous purchase. I think size 8 would have been perfect instead of 8.5. I don't know how to return it because I have already used the shoe 1-2 times.

I was looking for a new tennis sneaker to play pickle ball as my other ones were wearing out. I originally ordered a size 9 which was the size of other sneakers that I have. It was a half size too large. I returned them without any issues and order an 8 1/2, which fit perfectly. Zappos made it easy to make the return and I received the new size quickly. The shoe was very comfortable from the first time worn… and I wouldn’t hesitate ordering from Zappo’s again.
