Great looking and comfortable shoes. For this type of shoe you feel great support and the rubber bottom helps too.

Nicely constructed shoe but had to return due to width too big for my back of foot/heel. I was attracted to it's slimmer profile but shoe was still too wide in the back. Darn.

They are very comfortable shoes. They're easy to slip on. I bought them in neutral color so they will go with casual dresses, pants and shorts. I wish that Cole Haan will make this style in leather in size 5.5 in the future.

They run a tad loose, so if between sizes go down. Very comfy

These shoes don't fit my feet well, I ordered a size 7.5 what I always order in decent shoes. These fit more like a 8.5. They are cute but hurt my feet.

The shoe is beautiful but it short and wide for a B width. I had to give away as the shoe was nonrefundable.

They ended up being too, too big - not even close to my size. They're final sale so I guess I'll give them away. I imagine they are really comfortable and they are attractive.

Very cute shoes. I ordered 1/2 size smaller based on the reviews, but I should have ordered 1 full size smaller. They run very large!

The tab at the back of the shoe has a seam with a raw edge. I can't wear the shoes without a band aide or a sock. Not the look I was going for and No Returns!

Loved the look. These shoes are sharp and fit well.

Not comfort or support that I expected, based on previous Zerogrand experiences. This is just a casual loafer, not a "walking" shoe.

I previously purchased 2 years ago. Upon receipt of new pair, the style is not the exact same. As a result, I returned :-(

These shoes were very nice looking, comfortable but we're too big wide for me.

I love zerogrand but this particular pair of shoes (right shoe only) has caused a blister on my heel from tab rubbing.

The shoe was really wide. I have bought two with the same problem. I have a medium width but these are way too wide. Had to send back.

I have bought and enjoyed several zero grand toe shoes in my usual size 9, but these felt like loose boats on my feet.

I really wanted to like these shoes. I didn't see the reviews about them being larger than usual. I just ordered my usual size. They feel like they'll come off. More importantly, they have absolutely no tread, or very slippery tread. I keep trying them on and wanting to keep them, but I don't think it's a good idea considering how slippery they are.

Because of comments, I bought a half size smaller, but they are a bit tight in the toes. These are the second pair that has trouble with the size. I must have 15 pair of Cole Haan shoes & the last two were not true to size. I now question this each time I look at a shoe. I have this shoe in white & it's wonderfully comfortable, but not this one. Wondering what's going on with the sizing

These ran big for me. I like the way they feel, just wish they were tighter.

I am giving this 3 stars because the shoe is cute, and comfortable. However, beware, the bottom of the shoe is super slippery, I actually slipped down the stairs first time wearing them, had to go to urgent care for X-ray. Not sure what to do now. Do I keep and rough up the bottoms? Or send back because of fear I could slip again.
