Poor SupportGreat Support
True to size fit but the straps are loose. Also the quality of the materials are substandard which is surprising being it’s a cole haan brand. Material says leather but it’s so thin and looks like a thick cardboard. I returned it right away. Zappos should pay attention to the products they offer. I have had a few purchases that are way substandard. It makes me think twice ordering from them.
