Bought these last summer and thought I was investing in a quality pair of leather sandals. Only wore them a handful of times. Wore them today for the first time in a few months and the strap snapped right off the shoe while I was walking down the street. Not the quality I would expect for the price point or the cole haan name.

Much larger than a Size 9. More like a size 10 extra wide. Can I return them ?
