Not comfortable to wear for extended period of time. Hurt my ears.

Now that wearing a mask is the norm I thought I'd give this one a try. It is soft, and easy to breathe through, however it has non elastic straps and pulled forward on my ears. I have an average sized head and it seemed to small, definitely not a universal fit. This product could be improved with elastic straps or various sizes.

Do not match the picture on the website. The sides of the masks are not finished.

The masks run small. I purchased these masks specifically for the wicking properties mentioned but they are very hot to wear. I would not buy these again.

These masks are not the same as the free ones mailed out at the beginning of the pandemic. The previous ones were softer.

They are really small and tight for everyone in our family. They push my husband's nose down to the point of causing pain. They barely cover my mouth.

Very thick! Clearly made with pandemic in mind, as it's multiple layers thick. Makes breathing a challenge

These shrunk a LOT in the wash. They are small for adult size.

The ear straps are too short. I have a small head too. The masks would be comfortable otherwise.

Like many cloth masks, this one is pretty uncomfortable to wear. I bought these hoping they were better since they're from Hanes but overall they were disappointing. Will probably only wear them as a last resort when I can't find my other masks.

Was fine style appearance. However your allowed width on your ear loop is shy of being comfortableI was more dissatisfied at how badly it allows glasses FOG.

I purchased smaller quantity several months ago and was happy with product. Reordered the larger 50 pack and quality is not nearly as good. Fabric feels thinner and mask doesn't fit well, with gaps on sides and bottom. Doesn't feel safe. Disappointing.

I ordered a 50 count of the black masks. They are just a bit too small for adults. The quality overall is good. Just seems to be the incorrect size shipped... this package is marked adult size but is for teens. Bummer, this item is a great value if they fit comfortably and correctly. Perfect for kids and teens.

When I washed these masks, they shrunk. I now have many, many child-size face masks. Think I'll donate them to an elementary school.

My former college roommate in Florida highly recommended these masks to me, stating they were her favorite for breathability and comfort. I asked that she measure hers, concerned about the fit, for both my husband and me. I have fuller face, his is narrow. Based on her dimensions/ measurements I was quick to order. They are too small, for both my husband and me, pulling on ears. Measurements way off (my friend's ) from my newly received mask measurements. I purchased the black, she the white and black.

They're functional (for now) but not the quality I expected from Hanes. We purchased a pack of the same masks in white from Walmart a few months earlier. Those are great. I just preferred to have them in black. However this pack of black that I ordered on line is not nearly the same quality. They are poorly sewn with loose threads visibly hanging, and there are no cover flaps over the sides like the top and bottom have (the white ones have them on the sides AND on the top and bottom). I'm afraid these are going to start unraveling and quickly falling apart once they are washed a few times. Not sure if this was a planned change to cut costs or if we just got a defective batch. Either way, I am not very satisfied with this purchase.

These are tight on the ears. I cannot use them. Could be good for kids. The quality seems decent, but tight on the ears.

This mask are really small, I'm 5'3 120 pounds and I couldn't wear this masks, they don't allow return so waste of my money.

Too loose nose piece wont stay in.place

I just ordered the 10 pack from this site the other day and then I just happened to find the same item at my bj's store. The mask itself is really soft and comfortable, but the ear loops are way too tight and pull on my ears. I'm going to give these to my mom and I'm hoping to cancel the order I made here if possible since they probably won't ship for several days.

Everyone in our family found these face masks to be really tight. The coverage is ok on the face, but the straps need to be longer. They just aren't comfortable.

The first batch I bought were great! I wear masks all the time and they were comfortable for wearing for long periods at a time even with glasses on. This batch is bigger and fits loose. The nose pieces aren't sewn into the mask in the center. They are off to the right. There is no way to correct it. This new order can't even be worn. I put them in the dryer to try to shrink them but it didnt work. Won't purchase again.

The face masks do not fit my face the ear loops are to small hence making them uncomfortable and not usable. They got an extra star only because price and shipping were excellent.

Ok masks, but It took over a week for Hanes to ship them.
