very very cute but runs small

I want to love these, I really do!!! But the size inconsistency made me so sad/disappointed. My feet are now about a 7.5 and are not super narrow, slightly wide. I purchased one white pair at the outlet in size 8. It was comfy but after a while wearing I wished them to be more snug/fit to my foot, where this was about a half to full size big in the heel and when in sports mode the strap moves a bit. I decided to order another in Bone for my mom and a black one for myself bc they had a great sale, both size 8 bc so many reviews said to size up. These ones were made in China and fit perfectly! Were more narrow in the toe and fit to my feet perfectly in length. My mom preferred the black so I said I'd give her those and exchange the bone for another black. To be sure I wasn't crazy, I went back to the outlet to try their platforms and they fit like the white and were longer and wider! These ones made in Vietnam with a black label versus green like the ones I ordered. I tried multiple styles in store that had a green tag versus a black tag and all had that variation. Decided I'd go through the trouble of sending the bone color back and order another black one online, as Crocs customer service said I couldn't do an exchange, I would have to return and buy another one separately. This order took nearly two weeks and I received it so excited but it was a pair w a black label, made in Vietnam - not the right fit and had no size 7 supposedly. So so so disappointed. Had to return that one too. I wish it were more discussed and addressed the quality control and differing molds used per country they are made. Looked it up online and other people have noticed this issue, including for crocs made in mexico. All fitted differently. At least just make it an option to choose more narrow or wide and ship per preference! Or use a standard mold everywhere! Two stars for the comfort and cute platform style.

These shoes are very comfortable, and the print is even more beautiful in person, but I wish I had read the other reviews about the sizing, as unfortunately they run very small compared to my other crocs. Really disappointed, but will likely exchange for next size up.

A bought a pair of platforms 6 months ago fit great!!! Size 9! Unfortunately these platforms do not fit the same. Too narrow and seem short. Size 9 Very disappointed because I love the color!

runs more narrow than the original croc shoe and not as comfortable. I bought them on sale and so glad I didn't pay full price.

It took about 2 weeks or more to receive. One of the croc was extremely big and stretched out compared to the other one so they are uncomfortable to wear at this point they definitely feel like two different sizes

Did not care for the fact that the crocodile emblem was not on the strap of these clogs! It just says Crocs.

I don't like the platform, I didn't realize how high the shoes were

The shoes are well made. However, they are not true to size. They are too snug of a fit. I tried them on locally before I purchased to be sure of my size. Too bad for me that I didn't wear them around the house before leaving home. I will have to keep them since I wore them to the store and back.

Ordered in black my usual size and it was too tight. Very dissapointed I was looking forward to using for work. Ended up giving away didnt want to go through hassle of returning online.

I would recommend but would advise to get a larger size. I am now stuck with a size too tight and I was hoping it would stretch out like the other crocks I have owned but this one is not stretching out no matter how long I wear them. It hurts my feet and just have to take them off.

Description states it is a 'classic clog' on top with the platform below. It is not a classic on top, more like a relaxed fit instead of the roomy fit of a classic clog. Shipping was to much of a hassle to return, and we have no Croc stores near me. They do look great and if they had fit right would have been perfect for why I got them.

The design has changed.. and I hate it. Completely different shoe from previous "Classic Platform". I will be returning. The elevation of the platform is lower, and the insole is much softer material.

Dislike the heel. Not comfortable

When I wore the platform Crocs they were to tight and since I did wear them I'm not able top return them.

I didn't realize they were clogs. I have a falling issue sometimes and the clogs turn my foot and cause me to fall.

This croc is cut small I got the same size I would normally all My other pairs feel fine this pair is a bit tight

Unfortunately this product gave me a rash on my foot. I'm not sure what chemicals are used but it hurts and it itches

I do like them, the foam makes it kind a f comfortable. However, they are foam and are over priced.

Not good

The shoes were very hard on the bottom, and it feels like walking on concrete. Does not live up to the comfortable promise of regular crocs.

All my other Crocs are a size 6W. The fit is fine these however are very small. My feet just fit in them, and they are tight. Thinking about sending them back or take a chance that they will stretch. I like the design and colors. If you order, go up a size

First time buying a new pair of crocs, usually I get hand me downs. Unfortunately these did not fit, they were very snug and made my feet ache after wearing. Return policy doesn't help ):

This shoes isn't cut like a true 11. It's very small and feels like a 10. It's very upsetting. If the shoe cannot be made true to size then crocs need to make them in extended sized 12+

Runs a bit small. I normally wear a 10W and have wiggle room. These fit snug, I should have gone up a size
