Lifestrides are smaller than the average size. I ordered 3 pairs of shoes. Attempted to return/exchange and they wouldn't take them back or exchange. I'm done with Lifestrides. Will never order from them again...ever.

Beautiful shoe, but not comfortable at all after 30 minutes. The strap is thin and scratchy, and a bit hard to adjust over my arch. The shoe itself fits well, but the support does absolutely nothing for comfort. I bought a gel insert elsewhere that I plan on using inside the shoes.

Loved the shoes from the second I opened the box!
Then I put them on!
Still loved them until I went to adjust the strap…and you couldn’t!
Bummer!
Going back because I can’t make the strap tighter!!
