Too big and too wide. Nice looking but no support

Nice looking, but couldn't get my foot into the shoe. Narrower than expected, and shorter, so I couldn't even walk around, so really can't say how the arch support was. I usually have no trouble with sizing, but need a wider shoe.

Cute and fits well. I just wish the bottom wasn’t so slippery. Definitely needs more grip. I was slipping and sliding just trying the shoes on.

Ordered my usual wide size - was too tight across top of foot/instep for me.

These were cute except for the fabric on the sides sagging. The sole was the right size but they looked too big/wide because of the loose sides. Had to return.

I wanted to love these but unfortunately I had to return them. They ran too narrow for me and did not have enough arch support. My toes were too crunched together to be comfortable. The soles were slippery as well but I could have lived with that by just adding a non-slip sole pad.

These are very light shoes. They have no arch support, and the sole is flimsy. I ended up giving them away. I do not recommend them.

Just not wide enough for my foot

These shoes are so cute and I wanted to love them—- I tried two different colors and they were comfortable. Unfortunately, as other reviews have said, the soles are almost unbelievably slippery—- I didn’t feel like I could safely keep these without worrying about slipping.

The shoe was just not comfortable. Sort of off balance

Inside was soft, but the sole is a ridgid foam and very thin. The top of the shoe was long and not very attractive so will be returning them.

I loved these shoes straight out of the box. The style and the fit were exactly what I wanted. Unfortunately, the first step I took, I knew I was in trouble. These shoes have ZERO traction. They were incredibly slippery and I felt terribly unstable in them. Back to Zappos they went, which is sad!

SIZE AND FIT OK. THE SOLE HAD LOTS OF LOOSE WHITE MATERIAL THAT KEPT DROPPING OFF WHERE EVER I WALKED. MADE A MESS ON CARPETS, HARD TO CLEAN UP

I had to return these, having ordered an 8.5W & a 9W. With a narrow heel & a wide fore foot, I hoped the high cut of these would keep them on my feet. But that wasn't the case, while the toe box was wide, so were the heels & they just didn't fit.

Loved these shoes. They fit true to size, however the rubber soles do not grip. They slip on tile floors. I have to have shoes that the soles grip all surfaces to prevent falls.

As others have said, these feel big and narrow. Mine had a blob of glue on the toe, right out of the box. Good looking, but W was anything but. WW and a half size smaller might have gotten the job done.

Really cute show. Unfortunately a bit short in the length and narrow. My feet are a bit wide but not enough for a wide size. Ordered a 10. 10.5 would be ideal. Sadly, does not come in that size.

Very cute shoe. I so wish it would have worked out. Shoe slips off easily. Not much arch support. Sole of shoe feels smaller than the width of shoe- which makes for a very uncomfortable shoe.

The shoes did not work for me. They slipped off my heels, so I had to return them.

Very comfortable, but the heel was very loose and slipped. Sent 'em back.

I needed to go up in size so I purchased a 7.5 M. Was very disappointed to find out it was no roomier than the 7W I bought last year. Also, the sole material is very slippery in the heel. Last year's pair has better grip. Sending back.
