My daughter loves these shoes! They are perfect for her for middle school. Her only complaint is the bottoms are slick...I told her to take a walk outside to scuff up the bottoms.

These were cute, but my heels kept slipping out.

Feet were slipping out of them. Felt about half size too big. Otherwise, nice.

i love how comfy these boots are! Will be ordering more in different colors. The front of my feet are a bit wide, and the 8.5 was plenty wide, but not too big around my narrow heels. I'm not real crazy about the shape of the top, but they do look nice w longer pants and SO comfy!

I am a strong 9.5 size, but in closed toe I need a 10. this had a little room left maybe for a thin sock etc. but i doubt a 9.5 would have fit comfortably, i have large joints at the big toe. they felt very comfy for the price and perfect heel height for trying to keep low heel, toe shape came out more pointy than the photos, probly because of the large size. .

Cute look for a size 12 boot. Normally wear a W but chanced the M and they fit great!

I returned them because they were a bit too grey for the outfit I wanted to wear them with.

I chose size 7.5 based on Zappos' site size recommendation algorithm, but it was much too large for me to keep. I chose "Felt true to size" in the drop down, because I am a size 7 instead of the recommended size and feel that the size 7 would been the correct choice for me. Regarding style and comfort, they can work with a variety of outfits and not wear out your feet!

These booties are SO cute and comfortable. I have received many compliments while wearing them. The only issue that I have with the shoes is that the zipper on the back makes a racket when you walk. It is not a deal breaker as I LOVE these booties!

These are very nice looking shoes. I haven't worn for a full day, but they seem to be somewhat comfortable. The price is very reasonable. Only problem is they are slippery. Would prefer a rubber sole. I have ordered non-slip patches to put on bottom of shoe.

Hess boots fit well and were comfortable from the get go. I need better arch support for plantar fasciitis, so added my own arch support insoles, which fit well inside without compromising roominess.

A really cute boot. The fit and sizing were good. The issue was the front top of the boot. Very stiff and unyielding. While walking, it would basically cut into your legs. Had to return.

These booties are really cute for the price and look well made, but they had the slickest soles I've ever seen in a shoe. I almost fell twice on my hardwood floors. They were also a little big for me so I'm returning them.

Grey color is really beige so not what I was hoping for.

These are very cute boots, however the bottom is very slippery. So slippery I am afraid I will fall. This is a huge negative for me and I will be returning them.

Runs very small. I wear an 11-11.5 so I ordered a 12. Can’t get them on. Cute but very small.

Material was fine for not leather...looked good. Overall these were nice EXCEPT for the major fact that you can't take a step without slipping. Not worth the risk. Too bad though!

The size was bigger than expected and the quality of the shoe was not what I expected.

Gauging by the pictures I had hoped these booties would work for me. Sadly, they are narrower than they appear. I don't have a wide foot, but they pinch my toes. There's no arch support, which I hadn't really expected. Very few shoes/boots have any significant arch support, and never enough for my arches, which are extremely high. Most of the time I use inserts, but trying that made the booties even more uncomfortable. The boot itself is nice, and seems to be well made. It would definitely be cute with jeans or dresses.
