boot runs full size too big

I have narrow ankles, and shaft was very wide. Material was soft but didn't seem like it would be very durable.

Earth is my go to shoe...usually 8 M will be the right size, this was the most narrow shoe I have ever tried on...material did not look like it would last

The color Navy is not Navy, it looks black!!! Order down half size...

Second attempt at getting sizing right. I give up. These run huge, but when I order the next size down they're too small. Too bad because they're cute.

Much too large. I have to return these and order a full size and a half smaller than my regular size.

I was disappointed in the overall style and cheap heels. The leather appeared spongy or flakey, not smooth. They looked cheap.

Didn't even try them on! Upon opening the box I was SO disappointed with the appearance - just plain cheap looking. Really disappointed.

Very uncomfortable. No padding inside, narrow toe box. I put them right back in the box to return after trying on only one shoe - that’s how horrible they are. They appear to be pretty poor quality as well. Don’t waste your money on these, they’re junk!

Nice zipper detail but fit was all wrong. The ankle was large and gaping, so that your foot moved inside as if you were in flip-flops. It would’ve been blisters galore. Also, not cute in the big size!
