The fit was rather uncomfortable and lots of pressure on the ball of the foot with the heel height.

I wear a size 5. The shoe was too big for my foot. I thought they had made a mistake and sent me a size 6. The box had size 5 on it; so I guess it's their version of a size 5.

Actually there is some arch support but it aligns so poorly with my arches, it would be better to have none. The foot bed was a good length and width, but when I tried to adjust the ankle strap, getting it to fit a bit snug was a problem to impossible. And the back strap come up to high on the back of my ankle to be comfortable. Great looking shoe, just not for me.

The shoe length fit true-to-size and was pretty and comfortable. However, the straps were not adjustable enough to secure my foot. I'm having this problem quite a lot as the hook-and-loop closure has taken over shoe styles. Actual buckle straps usually fit me fine, but the velcro is often not long enough to tighten shoes on me. I was very disappointed, because the style of this shoe was exactly what I was looking for.

Shoe was comfortable, but velcro strap did not adjust enough to make it secure on my foot.

I bought these shoes to wear on my vacation. They are not as comfortable as I thought and they rub against my toes. I have returned these. Not happy with this purchase.

I did not give these a 5 stars because for me ,my foot slides forward to the edge of the shoe. I did not feel like I had control when walking. Didn’t realize they were Velcro on the ankle and toe closer. I returned the shoes.

Very large and heavy.

The wide was still too narrow; my foot was hanging over the side, not enough shoe under my foot. Also the only way to put the shoe on is to un-do the Velcro each time - how long would that last?

The velcro on the left shoe did not stay closed. That is not acceptable.

The fit on this shoe was very loose and my foot slipped forward in the shoe. Was not able to adjust the fit and am returning.

The ankle strap was way too big. I really loved them otherwise :( Had to return them because my ankle was swimming in them.

Cute but cheap and uncomfortable shoes! Big disappointment. So generally uncomfortable that I didn’t try w a different size. Wish they turned out to be worth the wait.

These sandals are NOT leather. Despite the online description, the shoes themselves say that they in fact consist of a man-made upper - no leather. I NEVER would have paid this price for fake leather. On top of that, after walking through some mildly dewy grass, I've got what look like wet stains on these shoes, except that they never dry. I kept them because they're very comfortable and they look cute. But, I'm very dissatisfied with the false advertising and the actual material.

The problem with these shoes is quality, especially at the price point. I LOVED how comfortable they were (felt like clouds on my feet!) and they were so cute. I had them in two colors. I bought them last year and wore them all summer- and by the end of the summer, they BOTH ripped in exactly the same spot (where the ankle strap connects to the rest of the shoe). For the price point (they were $80 when I bought them) I expect them to last more than 3 months. It’s too bad as they were awesome besides they and I live the concept of having such an adjustable shoe.

I loved these at first, but at this point the straps have broken free of the base multiple times and I refuse to pay to have them repaired again. I’ll think twice before ordering another pair of Rockport shoes.

The leather on these sandals looked cheap--sort of like plastic--and was very stiff. They were also too voluminous for my narrow, low-volume feet.

I have never received a shipment of shoes that was USED. The yellow pair I ordered were dingy from use, the footbed you could tell had been worn, and the sole also had stains from use in a dingy brown color. Apparently whoever ordered them before used them and then sent them back. I am returning them for a different pair. I like the shoe, but I don't want to use someone else's used pair. I sent them back with a note saying they were used and should not be sold to another individual -- someone used them before and I was sent the used pair. I buy a fair amount of shoes from Zappos, and I've never had this happen before -- never. Thankfully they have a good return policy, and I am returning them and ordering a different pair that isn't used.

These shoes came in 'used' condition. The leather was dingy from use, and the footbed showed as well as the sole that the shoes had been used already. I like the shoes and hope to get another pair that are 'new', instead of used.
